Independence Park is a nice neighborhood park with a surprisingly nice skate park, 8 public tennis courts, caged mini soccer courts, and open fields. It has plenty of parking, a playground, and nice paths to walk. The park is huge with lots of families, and feels safe with police cars patrolling the area and a park monitor on site. It is calm, green, and a nice small quiet park to take kids and a dog out in the morning.

I go here often to play tennis. I love the overall experience. The park is never too crowded and also neat.

Surprisingly nice skate park. Complete with tennis courts and caged soccer courts. Was there with the Grandkids found a corner picnic table. Took a stroll around the neighborhood. This park is huge lots of families. Will definitely return with much warmer weather.
