I wanted to give this nail salon the benefit of the doubt after reading mixed reviews. I got my nails done yesterday a simple gel manicure . Today though my nails chipped horribly and I haven’t chores that would cause it to get ruin and my job requires me to sit at a desk . I contacted the salon and I was told I have a week to go in a have them fix. Hopefully I have time to go in within the week .

I won't be returning back . My first time was good , so I return back for a 2nd and last try . The lady did not do the full services I paid for . She didn't want to do the callus remover, which I paid for the package "intensive callus remover" She then tried to apply gel on my toes and started the process , I said I did not ask for gel , she quoted ," it's only $10 " I said no I didn't ask for it . With this economy and their new price upgrades not worth it . I paid for the package to only get a half job . Wasn't worth it for me . Lot of money spent for a half job .

I'm writing this review on behalf of my cousin who's to embarrassed to write one. So my cousin spent 2 hours in the salon only to leave with her nails not looking the same on both hands. The polish she chose is holographic. The tech which his name is Huy was suppose to redo his mistake and fix her nails. She sends me a picture of her hands & one hand is holographic and the other hand is just Grey glitter nails. He did not fix them. You can clearly see her nails from each hand are not the same. He goes on to tell her just don't look at them from close & also says he worked a 10 hr shift. I don't care if u work 12 hrs. When a customer is not happy please fix your mistake. I did tell her next time don't leave until it's done correctly. I guess him making the comment he worked 10 hrs made her feel bad but left as not a happy customer. 2 hrs for a manicure with color? And for her nails to not look the same? Not good, sorry ?

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Lola Nails Bar. The nail tech cut my cuticles so badly that I bled a lot, and he blamed me because I "didn't use enough lotion." He also left my nails very crooked-- especially my pinky nail. I would NOT recommend coming here.

After speaking with the manager Tiffany about how dissatisfied I was with their services this past Monday , the manager asked me to come in today to get my nails redone. I was promptly seated with nail tech Vi and I asked if I could change the color to red instead of silver and Vi said yes. Vi brings out the silver holographic powder and I remind (2x now) her I want red instead and she asked if I wanted a red base coat, I said no on top, she says YES. She proceeds to do my nails silver and I'm patiently watch thinking the red will be added next... Vi once again continues with the silver, and since I'm now paranoid that my nails won't be done as requested I ask AGAIN (3x) you're going to do them red right? Vi responded with "Yes, don't worry." Literally a few minutes later she puts cuticle oil on my nails and said that "I'm now ready for 4th of July!!" I immediately told her that I asked for red 3x but she CONTINUED to give me SILVER, she said she misunderstood!!! . This is what happens when you literally DO NOT LISTEN to the customer. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere. I work too hard to NOT get the service I paid for. Ridiculous!! Here are my RED NAILS...

I came in as a walk in and waited no wait which luckily because as soon as I came in, a few people came in after but everyone got seated so at least it was a comfortable wait for the rest! As for me, I got a gel manicure and classic pedicure ( no gel). My gel manicure was actually great! The lovely Mr. ****** did amazing and was so nice which I appreciated as that's what you would expect from a nail salon. He made sure I was 100% comfortable and made small conversation which is so polite ( in my opinion)! He spoke pretty good english so when the woman who did my pedicure came, he made sure to translate what I wanted to not confuse anyone. The woman who did my classic pedicure was a little fast and felt rushed BUT once she finished, she went back and made sure everything looked great which it did :) All in all... I had a great experience. I know others maybe havent but I did! It's also all about having a great attitude towards the people who treat hands and feet which isn't easy!

So disappointed in my manicure today. The edges are so smudged, air bubbles in the gel, terrible job on cuticles. The only reason for 2 stars was that my daughter liked her manicure. I wish I had noticed these details while I was there but I was drenched in cuticle oil at the end. Likely to cover up the terrible paint and cuticle job.

The worst experience!!! I came in to do my nails and "the owner" (I'm not even sure if she's the owner but she's always in the front) told me it will be a 15 min wait. I asked for a full set and a gel pedicure. I waited one hour!!!!!! I was very patient. When the nail tech finally came to me it was not who I had asked for. So I told the "owner" I wanted someone else she said they were all going home soon to come back tomorrow. I was so upset I waited a whole hour. This was so unprofessional. They just lost a customer!!!!!!!!!

I have been meaning to try this place and finally did. First thing I noticed as I walked in, was it looked clean, modern and pretty decor. The lady at the desk greeted with a smile which was nice. I noticed they sanitize their tools and use clean ones on each customer which I loved. So far I was really liking it and was just waiting for the results of my services to decide if this would be my new "go to place". The prices were higher than my last place but figured with good service and sanitized tools it is worth it. I got a gel manicure ($30), lavender pedicure ( $35) and eyebrows wax ( $10) . When I paid they charged me $95 which I did question to myself as I had noticed their cost was higher but not that much...but paid it trusting the woman charging. I had taken a picture of their prices to keep for my record for future visits. So when I got home I reviewed them , still intrigued about the $95. After reviewing them, noticed they did over charge me. Should have only been $75 , not $95. I dont feel like returning to get my money back but I will definitely not return. Unfortunately, I trusted her word forgetting we live in a money hungry world more than ever nowadays and I should have questioned it at the moment instead of waiting to get home. It was all good until they failed with bad character.

Never going back. I decided to go here instead of my regular nail place and that was a mistake. They thinned down my nails so much they feel like paper! Ugh!

I have been coming here since December of 2023 it close to my house and the price is 50% of the nail salon I normally go to while at my salon i pay 170 for myself here i pay 120 for myself and child. When it comes to nail extensions the full set is accurate nice looking on both gel and acrylic but when it comes to getting a fill 10/10 DO NOT GET ONE WITH THEM! they just apply the product on top and don't blend it in nicely there gel polish only last a few days and starts to chip. 100% DO NOT GET PEDICURES WITH THEM. I thought that due to pregnancy my big toe nail was braking really bad on me and turned out they over file your nails my husband and daughter currently have the same problem and the only thing we have done on common was get pedicures here!
