Andrew was very upfront and very informative when I initialed met him for an estimate. Answered all of my questions and had my car looking as if there was never any damage on my door. This is my second time selecting MAACO. The first was sometime in the early 2000s - 2025 is my second. What a difference since then, although this might only apply to the location in Downey: very professional with excellent service. Andrew was my sales rep. He called to provide an update on the progress. He invited me to check the work prior to painting my vehicle, invited me to check the work of the paint job when it was in the half-way point, and my vehicle (Platinum 2018 Cadillac CT-6) was ready prior to the estimated time. THAT is what I expect with regard to customer service. Excellent paint job, excellent service. Thank you Andrew, thank you MAACO for the professional training of your sales reps.

I brought my car in for a paint job and minor body work. A couple days after driving my finished car, my inner fender is ripped out and almost takes my front bumper with it. I feel as though my car was rushed to the point where it caused this. My car is not old nor in poor condition to have parts falling or hanging off. At first Andrew took accountability reinstalled my broken mud flap himself and then apologized. He then changed his tone once entering the office and refused to take accountability and blamed me for the inner fender being ripped out. He then proceeded to explain he would talk to a supervisor and get back to me. I was never contacted afterwards. Really disappointed with the service. I guess you can only expect a decent paint job at this place. One star for painting the car I guess.

Andrew did a beautiful job on my truck, I was originally going to just paint my front end and I came to realize that my 30 year old paint was absolutely burnt from all the years in the sun. Andrew was able to completely match the OEM Color and the truck now looks like it’s brand new off the lot.
