I was very disappointed with the service I received at the department store. I went with my wife to return some items we bought online, but the customer service representative (#11182571) was rude and unhelpful. She acted like we were bothering her and did not greet or thank us. She just processed the return without any explanation or apology. I expected better from a store that claims to value its customers. We also wanted to buy some other things, but we could not find any staff to assist us. We felt ignored and unwelcome. The prices were also too high for the quality of the products. I am a Gold member, and I have been shopping at this store for a long time, but this experience has made me reconsider my loyalty. I hope the management will address these issues and improve the training and attitude of their employees. Sincerely, a dissatisfied customer.

There are three individuals working at the Macy's department store in women's fragrance I would like to give recognition to. Associate Nora & Jessica Coty who helped me with Burberry Her & Burberry Hero gift sets and Raymond in YSL who helped me with the YSL Libre gift set. I want to take a moment to thank you all for your patience expertise. Your knowledge of fragrances was greatly appreciated you all made my shopping experience very enjoyable. Your kindness and willingness to assist me with fragrance recommendations were truly commendable. Your expertise in both the men's and women's fragrances was invaluable in making my decision easier. Thank you all for your help It's clear that you are all great assets to the team at Macy's. Your dedication to providing excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. Overall I want management to know, these associates played a significant role in making my shopping experience at Macy's enjoyable and memorable. Their dedication and expertise make them valuable assets to the team. Thank you all for going above and beyond to provide exceptional service. This review is specifically for the Sunglasses Hut inside of Macys. We walked in and approached the counter asking for the warranty that comes along with the purchase. Immediately the sales rep Julian became confrontational towards my boyfriend and I with attitude and being defensive about it. We didn't finished asking our question before he jumped to conclusions saying that we need a code to complete the transaction. We were trying to tell him that another Macys didn't ask us for that but he kept cutting us off repeating that we still need a code. I didn't appreciate how we were trying to make a purchase and how Julian's poor customer service was. We then asked to talk to a manager and told us they didn't know who that was then proceed to say if we still want to speak with them they were only available on Saturday which I found that very odd. I've been coming to this Macys for years and I have never gotten a bad customer service experience like how I did tonight with the sales rep Julian at Sunglass Hut. For this experience I will NOT be coming back at this location !!

I don't understand how this can always beat out the other Macys in terms of bad customer service. Come on people. Think about the community you are serving. Try to be a little more professional. All the cashiers or service people are rude. They are not talking to you. They're talking to their coworkers while conducting business with you and making you wait in the middle of a transaction because they are talking about some manager that came by and some other gossip. It's always the same at this location I don't know why. Please do better.

Macy's has a vast assortment of clothes for my wife & I, not to mention home goods that we have bought and are very happy with. My wife & I always go back for our home and our clothes. Their Customer Service Is Great

I came in on a wednesday night and I appreciated mannys and nelly's help so much. They were very friendly and a lot of help on the second floor looking for a men's cologne. I appreciate their hard work and dedication and especially their customer service. Honest and Real went hand in hand with them Thank you guys!

I often shop at this store, however today was the worst customer service ever! I bought a jacket last night and got the pre-sale price and had to pick-up my jacket today. I went to the shoe department and as always was welcome and bought shoes. I went to the customer service department to pickup my purchase and was just another number. The young women that helped me didn't know what to do, told me to step aside and asked the other women. She said to ask someone else, I should have know that none of them didn't know what to do. Another women came in and said ask someone else, she took my receipt and I stood there for a long time. I was trying to be patient, however was not acknowledged at all, I asked three times what was taking so long. A nice gentleman came by and picked up clothes and went upstairs, I asked again what was taking so long, they told the women that took my receipt was helping someone else and had to wait. At this time, I'm ready to yell at someone, however, kept my cool. The women that originally helped me told me to go and sit down and wait. I was fuming at this time, finally the nice gentleman that had seen like 10 or 15 minutes before came by with my jacket. I told him, that was the worst customer service I had experienced and he apologized and said I saw you earlier. I told him, I was extremely upset and was going to Yelp my experience and he said he was going to find out what happened. I don't like to Yelp a bad experience because that is not in my character. However, in this instance, the store manager needs to train their employees as I have a choice to take my business elsewhere. They all made me feel, as I was bothering them, the big woman in pink asked another employee in front of me, what's going on customers from the other side are coming here. The older woman said I don't know! Talking about customers in front of them is unacceptable and rude. I hope the manager watches the film from the front customer service and sees how the employees just ignored me and they get training on customer service. I was there from around 8:10 until around 8:40.

Went to Macy's at the Stonewood Center, I Returned a perfume l bought online that I absolutely hated on me. The ladies at the counter and perfume reps were very helpful and absolutely sweet and helped me find a new one. Overall, I had a great customer service experience.

I ordered 2 items through Macy's app. This was on Sep 2022. I never received my items and these were a gift for a special person. After calling multiple times where customer service informed me that my money would get refunded back since it was an error on the delivery and this was Macy's fault. Well I never received my refund and I called, as I mentioned multiple time. After the 4th time calling, representative that I spoke to said they couldn't do anything about it and I would have to go to the actual Macy's store. I had to waste time driving to the store. Then I finally got my refund. But then since this was on my Macy's credit card, they continue charging me late fees. I called again and they were still trying to charge me saying it was because they were late fees. I did not understand why since I never received the item, and as Macy's started, this was their fault. They finally agreed on removing all amount showing on my credit card. And now, it's still showing I owe. This experience has been very unpleasant and I will closing my Macy's account due to this inconvenience.

Horrible, the customer service is Terrible. I came here to return a couple items I purchased online and all they offered me was store credit. When I purchased them not even 30 days ago with my debit card. Now I'm forced to get something else. When all I wanted was my money back because I bought multiple sizes. Ridiculous, and the workers at the register were not professional at all.

I've been to macys twice this week and both times I've witness a fight. Two random ladies the first time and the next time and employee and a customer. Seems like the employee was harassing a customer about stealing or something along those lines and the customer was mad and threw a box at her lol. The store is a huge mess I can't even shop there in peace. Lol
