This was always my place to get my nails done! After 8 years without acrylics, I came back for a full set. Both Linda and Tammy are very friendly, both remembering me and welcoming me back! Resonable prices and friendly happy service!!

Never come here for refills or anything. This time I came for a refill giving them a second chance, but the lady just screw it so bad.
Please don’t come, it’s a cheap service but not worth it. I even got stains on my hand and all, so bad I wanna cry.

Extremely disappointed I had bubbles on my nails the very same day I called and was told I could go in to fix it. Linda polished my nails and fixed the bubbles once she done she followed me outside and said "next time you come in someone else can do for you" I asked why her answer "because you come in to fix" I was like okayyyyyy?? She told me to go in and normally I wouldn't complain if it was on one or two nails but literally they ALL had bubbles.

Love lynn, her work is great but I cant imagine what would happen if their customers understood what they say. I called today to cancel an appointment and lynn wasnt there so whoever answered the phone in vietnamese said "this dumbass bitch wants to cancel with lynn fucking stupidass" in vietnamese and she hands off the phone to someone else. How rude! The next girl was polite and said she will contact lynn to tell her and apologized. But seriously these techs talk shit on everyone and the vibe is terrible. Im here to relax and get pampered but here i am hearing them talk shit all day. Would never return. Terrible.

If anyone is ever in the Downey area, you need to come and get your Manny pedi here. They do take walk-ins, but I would suggest making an appointment . I have been coming to this business for over 20 years and actually have been with the same person how fortunate is that . My girl is Linda and she is so creative and knows exactly what services I need. All the other girls are really good as well good as well. Their prices are pretty average, and I believe they have other services as well besides nails. So I thought I'd show some love to my long-term nail place. Come check them out if you're in the area I do travel to go there, so worth it.

I called 3 hours before this business wad to close and asked if they had any open appointments before they closed. They asked what I needed done, I told them a fill and a pedicure and was told they only had time to fit me in an hour after I called. I was fine with that so I made the appointment. I walked in 5 minutes earl89y and was seated right away. Then the problems started... I wanted a different color on each nail and was told no, so I settled for just one. Next as they started painting my nails I was told they didn't have time to do a pedicure. I was upset and told them I would have never come there had they told me that on the phone and they figured a way to magically have someone to do it. I wish they hadn't. Worst pedicure I have ever had. Completely rushed through (15 minutes from start to finish) no massage at all just half way rubbing lotion in. Meanwhile the man next to me had paraffin on his feet and was getting a full massage including his hands as he waited for the wax to harden. I understand they were running behind and had to finish so they could close on time but I was willing to pay extra for the extra services I was never offered but got to watch others enjoy. My advice is to skip this business. They clearly don't care about the customer experience. If you don't have time to give good service, don't add the appointment to your day.

Kim did a great pedicure but I didn't like the full set of acrylics I got from Thy. I don't like curved nail tips for one and there was no other option. I also don't like being told that the length I want is too long only to be given short, stubby coffin nails. I didn't ask for a crazy length, I prefer a medium/long coffin so to be given something very short with almost no length passed my fingertips is upsetting. I ended up not even asking for a design because I didn't want to have to fight for what I wanted or end up with something I didn't like. It still took FOREVER. Super annoyed and will not be going back for acrylics here again, waste of my time and money. Would def return for Kim
