“I was a few minutes late for my 7:30 am and decided to wait on standby. The kiosk information stated wait time is around 30-60 minutes. However, I was not called until 3.5 hours later, and this was after I inquired why the wait was so long and I am already faint with hunger and thirst as I was fasting.
i understand the standby system, but your queue system is horrible!!!! When I have my tests done at LabCorp, even as a walk in, I only have to wait a maximum of 45 minutes.”
