I and my husband are frequent shoppers at this location, but today Saturday, July 6th at around 7:20pm. We were humiliated by an associate, he was an older gentleman with a receding hairline. We strolled in with an empty gray DAISO tote and this man was the first to greet us at the door. As we were shopping, we were placing our items in said tote. We thought nothing of it at the time, until this man "customer serviced" us. I've worked in retail before and understand the ques for when an individual looks like a potential shoplifter and I am familiar with the procedure needed to handle such situation. What I have never encountered before, was when this man followed us to the register. As soon as he approached us, we knew that it was our que to leave before we were falsely accused. We payed for every item and made sure to print a copy of our receipt, just in case. As we made our way out, the alarm rang, so we turned around and approached a different associate. A young lady. The older gentleman then followed us once more and hovered over us while we allowed the lady to count our items. We encouraged her to look at our receipt and she confirmed that everything was fine. Must I add that we felt discriminated because we don't have a more 'conservative' look. I as a very unsatisfied customer expect corporate to take this matter seriously and train employees to NOT harass customers. THANK YOU.

This store give an absolutely HORRIBLE shopper expirience. I often come after work and I don't have a car so I usually have a backpack on me and a speaker, E V E R Y S I N G L E time I come in here I am STALKED throughout the store the entire time despite never stealing anything from here, despite having have spent HUNDREDS of dollars . I have an employee coming up to me every 25 seconds asking me the same question every time no matter how many times I tell them I don't need help. There's a difference between casual customer care and overstepping boundaries and stalking. I am always the only person they do this too when I'm in the store and when I call them out on it they act like they don't know what I'm talking about TERRIBLE

Such horrible customer service! I just went today and an older cashier lady with black short hair was being extremely rude with an older Asian lady that needed help getting her camera link to the coupon code. The cashier was yelling at her saying she has “a big line” and to just touch the button. Was huffing and puffing when the customer was being nice and patient. The cashier lady next to us didn’t intervene or tell her to stop yelling at the customer. Even when I entered I saw some kids painting and I asked for information from a Caucasian worker and they ignored me. A mom had to inform me to check the website for kids events. I WOULD NEVER come here and unless you want rude racist interactions and bad customer service.

They used to have a large selection of Daily planners, including The Happy Planner brand which were my favorite, and now they have a very bleak section. I was very disappointed. They didn't have any planners at all.

My wife loves coming to Michaels getting supplies for project for her school and personal things she like to make. She can find everything in Micheals for projects and personal things. The prices are incredible affordable for any price.
