My daughter and I went in to get a full set and pedicure. I ended up only getting a pedicure my daughter got both total was $128 I gave the lady $200 she made change with one of the hundreds and I gave her $30 , I gave her a total of $130 for a $128 total. she then told me I owed her $200 … how ? I told her to show me the cameras of me giving her the money or call the cops. Her coworker jumped in and told me I was ok but the lady kept going in so I repeated show me the camera that I “didn’t” pay and call the cops or leave me alone. I paid for our service and still tipped. All that for a mediocre pedicure

This place is horrible. Never coming back. The guy did a sloppy job, missed parts of the nail and colored outside of the nails. To make this worse it cost me $30 for a gel manicure! Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Worst nail salon I've been to. Horrible smell inside and I paid $30 for a gel manicure that lasted me 5 days. The guy who painted my nails didn't even paint the whole nail. 0/10 recommend.

I rarely leave bad reviews but I was just so disappointed on how my manicure turned out. There's was no attention to detail, very sloppy, and on top of that the lady cut me. She seemed to be in a rush and didn't care much on how I wanted my nails to be. Although, on a more positive note, my pedicure was great since it was done by a different women.

Waited for over an hour and was told he would finish up the person he was doing and I’d be next. Once it was my turn, they put someone before me and told me they could do the service now if it was for shorter nails but I had to wait even longer for long nails yet I was there before the other person and he was determined on doing hers first because “hers will be real quick”. Very frustrating experience and they only had one nail tech. I used to come all the time but I won’t be coming back again. This isn’t the first time I have a bad experience with them especially with over charging but I decided to give them another chance but it was still a bad experience.??????????

My mom has been coming here with my brother and his girlfriend for quite some time and I was excited to come to them because my family's nails always look so neat. I live two hours away and come to this shop because they love it. Mm mm never again. The first two times I've been here, I've been pleased. At least with my pedicures. The manicure tech is a different story. He's so rough, literally throws, hits and bends my hands and wrists in unnatural and uncomfortable positions. Today I came in with my mom again and just wanted a fill with regular polish this time (I normally get gel). He told me I should get gel because "it lasts longer". "I know but I'm changing them completely for a new set in a week and a half." He said again that I should get gel. Again, no thanks sir. He then told me the color I chose wasn't available. No big deal, I chose one similar. He proceeded to get an attitude, throw napkins and towels, slam drawers, all while constantly telling me I should've gotten gel. Like dude, LET. IT. GO. Now I definitely don't want it. So I guess to get back at me, he was SOOOOO rough, more than his usual that I've experienced in the past. Throwing and pulling my hands. He was so aggressively filing my nails, the nail file flew out of his hands. Like FLEW! The paint is sloppy y'all. Sloppy! There's a whole edge of my nail with no polish and I asked if he could just go over it. Again, he said with an attitude, gel would've been better because there's no mistakes. What?! He'd still have to paint it before curing meaning he could still miss putting polish on the edge of my nail. Ugh. He's a mess and incredibly rude. Customer service folks, you get people coming back by giving them good service that they're paying for. Now I'm waiting over an hour after this horrible fill and polish to get my pedicure because this woman walked in and complained about waiting for FIFTEEN MINUTES and they ran to complete her services. Completely rushing through my moms pedicure and leaving me in cold water for an hour. This type of service is why I've stopped coming to nail shops and learned on my own. But as a nurse who does everything for everyone else, I just wanted to relax for a bit. F*** this. I'm pissed and not coming back.
