Don’t get me wrong this place is cool and all but what’s annoying is when you go in store and see something you’d like and ask about a pricing and the employees or the main owners of the place respond is that they don’t know or having to look for a price for the item… why have it out on the shelves and not in the back room it’s just ridiculous

Amazing collector store. The owners make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in and will answer any question you might have. Their signings are some of the best in the area, and it's worth visiting. You can't find business owners who are as professional and cool to interact with. Best service! Never had any issues with their signing events.

I went to the store for the MJF signing and it was very unorganized. After buying my ticket, I called the store to confirm details. The employee from OG told me, "my timed entry will be in the upper right hand corner of my ticket." On the ticket, the time was 6:00 p.m. My son and I got to the store at 5:30 p.m. and the line had about 25 people. At 5:40 p.m. the security guard asked everyone to move back 10 spaces. They had front of line tickets, VIP tickets, 6:30 p.m., 7:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. tickets. When I asked about 6:00 p.m., I was told that it was a general admission ticket only and I had to continue to move back. Finally, as I got to the front of the line, the OG employee told me that I now had to pay $20 for my son and I to enter the store, the price was not included in the ticket. If I could give no stars, I would. However, Marcus was very nice to everyone in line and kept the upset crowd moving. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this store when they have a signings.

This place was fun, I was able to meet Allegra clark, she's one my favorite voice actors and I was happy to know OG collectibles were holding an event for a meet and greet to meet voice actors. Best opportunity I got from here and the employees were genuinely kind, patient, and understanding.

Last month, I used the send-in service that OG Collectibles frequently has for voice actors. Everything went awesome on their end, but the postal service ended up losing my package (surprise, surprise). The owner was very helpful and aware of the situation despite how busy they were. In the end I was issued a refund. I give them 4 stars just on communication and helpfulness alone. Would be 5 if USPS didn't lose my package.Edit 9/12/23: Changed my rating to 5 stars, the package somehow arrived, and it's exactly what I wanted! Def check this place out for their send-in service. Fast and efficient!

I came for the 2-day signing event for the Demon Slayer Voice Actors. The first day went smooth no problems with the employees or the talent. It was great I got my pops signed and everything no problem. Come to the second say (Sunday) it was terrible. Employees were disorganized. They were completely rude, one employee kept on telling the fans to keep moving forward when we were already packed in line like sardines. That's not even the worst part. When the store is usually open before events the have Air Conditioning. For the 2-day event they had turned the Air Conditioning off I don't know why. They only had a bunch of fans running on the floor that didn't help at all. All of the fans were sweating beads and so was the talent. I don't get why they would turn off their Air Conditioning off for an event like this and in weather conditions like this in Los Angeles. I hope their next signing event isn't like this I don't recommend their events. They have turned out bad over these past few months.

Cool shop, parking available at the back. Bar with a cool bartender a few doors down. Has video games, trading cards, Funko pops, figures, comics and a little bit of everything. Also sells autograph stuff and hosts autograph sessions.

Well organized during the Hynden signing. Owners are cool and had some great stories to tell while in line. Looking forward to another signing hosted by them.
