This shop helped my husband and I out when we were in a bind with a flat tire on our Tesla Model 3. Although they did not have the tire in stock they had the hospitality to let us leave our vehicle there so that we could search other shops. We found the tire and they put them on for us. Grateful for this place.

Been coming and recommending this spot since 2017. Had my tire patched last month and it gave out on my truck before work. Came today to see if they could repatch since it didn’t even hold up, they said no warranty on patches. I explained how i had already spent $25 on the patch that didn’t work to which he responded callously, “no warranty”
Save your money, there’s another tire spot in paramour closer to Firestone, friendlier staff, quicker and sturdier work, fraction of the price

HORRIBLE! I am a district employee in the area and after work had a flat tire. I slowly drove to Paramount Tire with high expectations and comfort because I needed immediate help. I had my child with me and pulled into this location. I only had $5 and I didn't have extra money as payday was 2 days away. When I pulled in the lady asked how can they help me and as I was showing her my flat tire and requesting air, a man said "we don't have air, but I will fix the flat". What sense does that make at a tire center!!!?? I began to cry and yell that you are sad! This place turned away an African American woman with a kid in the car, and a flat tire. All I asked for was air. When people no longer want to help regular people and provide 20 seconds of air. SMH. If you are ever in desperate need, I would NOT suggest this place because they will turn you away immediately. The fact that they have received business from me in the past, never again. People be kind to others because we never know what his/her breaking point may be. Do better paramount tires.

I went to get my tires fixed after I purchased set of brand new tires with warranty. And they kept giving me excuses why not provide me a service and then attack me to get out of the store !
I’m super disappointed!
