I found out today that our long-time helper, Herb, retired. Just wanted to say he was amazing, and I pray that Jose and the rest of the crew give our family the same great service we have come to expect from this Pep Boys. So far, so good today with their quick and great service.

I was at the Downey location today on Paramount Boulevard and they were extremely professional and helpful they help me get everything that was necessary for my car to run. Herb was the man I would definitely go back just because of him he was a true professional thoughtful and always made sure that I was updated. The maintenance crew the staff and everybody else were friendly all smiles and they answered my questions whenever I had any. Whenever I have to come back I'll be glad to come back to this location five star excellent great service best experience I have ever had with my car. Thanks guys hope you guys have a great day.

Daniel and his colleague are amazing!! Their knowledge, kindness and keeping me updated was superb. Customer service at its best. I loved that as a woman I was respected and educated on the process of buying 4 tires and what that entailed. Great experience!

Stopped by to get 1 tire fixed because of a nail. Guy behind counter with no emotion said it would take a few hours. So I asked when is a good time to come in and get a tire fix. He said NOW and will take a few hours. So I asked in a different manner..... is there an appointment date open to come in and get a tire fix. Not until Monday. These people are no good. It's sad and disappointing to have experienced that. And the manager who was next to him didn't even intervene.
