I CALLED AT 8 AM TO SEE HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE TO DO A ALIGNMENT. THE MANAGER SAID 2 HOURS. I ALSO HAD A APPOINTMENT WITH THEM AT 1:00PM. SO ONCE THE MANAGER FOUND OUT I HAVE THE LIFETIME ALIGNMENT AND WASNT SPENDING ANY MONEY HE GAVE ME A TIME OF 5 PM TO GET MY CAR. THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. SUPPOSEDLY THEY HAVE 1 MACHANIC THAT DOES ALIGNMENTS & 4 CARS AHEAD OF MINE. SO 8.5 HOURS TO DO 4 CARS.

The sign says certified smog check but I assure you that are not or at least don't want to do the work I don't know. However with that being said if they tell you to go to another pep boys the other one will most likely not be certified in smog checks. Therefore I would not go to any pep boys available in the country for a smog check if I were you.

I had to have a tire pressure sensor replaced in my vehicle. Made an appointment to have the work done. I arrived early, was greeted with a very friend young man named Daniel. The work was completed super quickly and efficiently (surprisingly, as it was a saturday and they were quite busy). The work was completed in about 20 minutes. Herb completed my transaction with a even friendlier completion to my visit checking me out and taking my payment.Thanks Pep Boys for taking SUCH great care of me and my vehicles needs....These guys AND this location are the greatest.Ten stars to them!!
