Both myself and my wife have been coming to this location for years. We have serviced both our vehicles here, ranging from oil changes, full services, and new tires, etc. Also, taking advantage of our military discount. Recently, I went in for coil and spark plugs change, including a diagnostic check on my AC. I was looking at about $550. Then I was contacted about my break lights being out for a couple more, and I authorized it no problem. Total about $600 something. Then, I was notified that my AC pump needed replacement. The exact words from the employee were "Ten ninety five." Under the impression. It was $10.95. I authorized it. I was more than willing to collect my vehicle later with expectations of paying the most $700. I got there after I received my phone call for pickup, and the bill came out to $1,700 something. Oh man, did it hit me like a ton of bricks. What other choice did I have? I needed my vehicle, I couldn't tell them to reverse the service, so I was invested involuntarily. Zachary, being more than helpful, called the person who gave me the call and put him on speaker his response was, "No AC pump is ten ninety-five, I said $1,095" not even admitting or acknowledging his mistake, not even an apology. His response to Zachary was "dude just go ahead and give him the 15% discount" for which I had a coupon for, like if he was doing me a favor. I bring my vehicles here for service time and time again. You can't be clear about pricing? You guys are the professionals, and I rely on your professionalism to be clear and precise. I am Intrusting you with my vehicles. I admit I bring my vehicles here because I know nothing about vehicles, mechanics, or parts. Apparently, now I have to know parts and prices too. Just so I can feel robbed at the end. This isn't the first time this has happened on a previous time. I was being charged twice, and it wasn't until further digging through their system that it was resulting so. The dude even gave my wife a card stating that next time, free service and oil change on him. He even signed and dated the card. Again, as in doing us a favor, not even apologetic. I should have learned from the first time I guess that this is how Pep Boys does business. Take my experience as a warning. Please check your stuff and do your research if you have to. Some, not all people are out there to get you. Be careful.

I had a worst experience and will never visit again for any service. And if you have do please don’t deal with Ricardo. He will just try to make things bigger to charge you more and moreI had a problem with the cooling temperature sensor. I went to change but they told me we must diagnose whole cooling system for $39 and then we decide. Even though I know what is the problem they said they mist do diagnosing and Guess what. They cane with a result to change thermostats with housing for $549 and some more charge for some additional adds on.Now I fixed the problem at my me mechanic for less than $100 because it was the cooling temp. Sensor.Lost my day and money for me reason.Never again

Zach was very knowledgeable and thorough with the vehicle inspection I went in for. Zach advised of maintenance of my car and took extra care to look at all parts of my vehicle. Definitely recommend this Pep Boys

Took over 2 hours for an oil change. Worst service I've ever had and WAY overpriced, might as well go to Walmart for a better experience. No stars if I could.

If I could give a zero I would. This location is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. We had an appointment for an inspection. After our car was inspected they said it needed an alignment. Our car sat for over 3 hours and they didn't even do the alignment. Then when we spoke to the manager Ezequiel to ask how they would rectify it he said "This apology is the rectification". Simply unacceptable. You better believe this is be the LAST time we go to this location.

Came for an inspection and it was great! Called 20 minutes before and they took me in with no appointment. Ezequiel was very quick and courteous. Definitely recommend.
