Easy breezy smooth!!Schedule appointment online, check in from my phone once I park my car, walk into the building get to the front desk showed them my insurance and ID and order and was call within 10 minutes.Expect to wait in you're walk-in without appointment, they won't take you until all scheduled appt are call, heavy traffic on Firestone boulevard just be there early sit in the car and check in when it's time. I rather get there 30 minutes early then wait for hours just in case if I am late.

Sad to see there is no customer service help, it is all automated, we sit behind closed doors and wait to be called. So many older people that don't understand technology not knowing what to do to check-in , no one to help them. We all tried our best to assist them. When the door would open and people tried to ask questions the phlebotomy seemed annoyed. The staff seemed rushed, when I asked shecsaid they were short staffed.

This bitch right here needs to learn to talk to people. She's dealing with mostly elderly people that obviously need maybe a little more time to respond to questions considering that they're elderly. And this bitch right here doesn't know how to talk to people she needs to obvious be trained to give better customer service. Beware of quest diagnostics in Downey they are extremely rude and they don't know how to talk to people

They are always running behind schedule. In the morning they get in late not sure why they have appointments at 6:30am when they get in at 6:40am and don't see people till 6:50am. I gave 2 stars cuz the later crew are always catching up but good at what they do.

Made an appointment for 1:00pm today. I arrive to check in at 12:58 at the kiosk ipad. Can't find my appointment, no one to talk to. 3 hour wait. Some jobs shouldn't be eliminated by iPads and thanks for the waste of gasoline.

Don't come to this location without an appointment. Walk-in / stand by wait time is horrible. I don't recommend this location. I hope they get more Phlebotomist or a better way for people to get seen faster as Walk- ins etc. People have been waiting for about 4 hours.

My second time there . I did a 3 hour glucose . I would love to show my appreciation to them ladies. They're all so patient & caring there. Tamelia made me feel so comfortable. Treated me & many people like they were her own. I had never felt so cared for during my stay. Until today when I spent many hours with her. Thank you tamelia for your caring comfort and great hospitality . You made my miserable morning into a way better experience.

Just want it to write a review about the Phlebotomist in this facility. I totally understand you see people by appointment and walk in. However the attitude of staff is horrible, not welcoming at all. There was several disabled individuals who couldn't bear the noise of children crying and yelling. I approached one of the tech and basically ignored me. She didn't care of the patient been overwhelmed of her surroundings. I'm in the medical field and we need to take care of those people of special needs at once. That's what patient care is all about accommodating them 1st every single time. Staff should have some empathy and self conscious regarding this group of individuals who truly need our help & support. I've also witnessed a lab tech talking to a patient in a very loud rude tone, that's disrespectful. We need staff to be willing to be there for our patients. This happened at Quest Diagnostics in Lynwood lab. 09-12-2023 P.S. immediate in-service for staff.

This place is ridiculous the girls that come out are rude, and why allow people to continue signing in to the waiting list if you won’t accept anyone after closing time. I waited 2 hours was number 1 on the wait list and a worker came out and said oh we’re closed already. So I waisted 2 hours for nothing. Get it together

I'd give them no stars but that's not an option on here. Please request to have a human take appointments. 1 person in each location just handle appointments will be enough. Patients will still complain and get their appointments wrong but that 1 person is able to schedule it on the day of or at another time. But that human touch will make all the difference. Mainly for the technologically impaired.

Do not come here!!! This place should be shut down ...I needed a lab done asap so didn't have time to schedule an appointment....showed up 30 minutes before opening and was the first person in line ...they overbook appointments and won't help a walk in until they help all appointments.....ended up waiting for hours and hours well they just kept helping everyone else ....their system makes no sense and is not appropriate in a medical office where patients are already in a lot of pain and the workers won't even bother to give you any type of time estimation....they also opened several minutes late ....this quest should be closed down!!!!!

Friendly and professional staff. Waiting time extremely long even with appointments and congested waiting room. People standing in line as no place to sit. Should have better patients controls

I had the misfortune of scheduling an appointment at this place on Friday 2 at 8:00AM, when I did the check-in process the system did not recognize the appointment. There was a young lady and I thought she could assist me but she didn't, all she said in a rude manner was that I could register for a standby appointment. I didn't have any choice so I did. I don't know how they work inside but I counted about one patient for every 30-40 minutes . There's nobody to talk and in my case I was taking my father-in-law' for a blood extraction and he is 102 years. Being about 11:30 and not having anything eaten yet I decided to leave. This is the worst place I've ever been and I hope they do something to get or give better attention to the people that go there which is in majority old people. .
