It’s very cluttered. It feels stuffy in there and cramped too. I also overheard the manager trying to be “funny” by belittling her staff. Didn’t like that at all.

The long line was so fast. Due to them having alot of self checkout! The self checkout employee was friendly and fast! They take off the alarms on clothes.I was impressed and thankful the lines were fast

I went back to returned an item that I had bought that morning same day for return, but they do not have a customer service line. I had to get in the long line for people who were purchasing. Not good service. Always long lines and not enough help!

What happened Ross?Not only do you have 4 loss prevention people but 4 undercover shoppers. Trying to decrease theft. Okay but what happened next blows my mind.I mistakenly went into the self check out and had 9 items. I had to give one up to keep the line moving because I was holding it up. The person (because I don’t know if there were a cashier, associate or theft specialist) did not let me pass without removing one. I do so and then I’m allowed to walk forward, scan my items and bag them. I have a loss prevention person highlight my receipt and look inside my bag. This guy was watching me the whole time.Not only do I not want to go back, I am telling others not too. Rather pay more money to have it delivered then enter your creepy store and not have a nice experience.

One of my favorites, got two jeans and a pair of sneakers for less than a Benjamin. Good to be able to try on and use their comfort room before wrapping things up. It's not as sprawling as their competitor, letter B. A plus too, having the option of self check out within certain pieces. Will sure be back again!

The staff is friendly here and you can often find the shoes in the correct size sections - a rarity among Rosses.

Bad customer service. We lost a phone today 05/18/23 and called a few times to see if someone report it. The person who answered was rude and kept us on hold every time we called. I called multiple times and asked for store manager but they wouldn't give me a name. The lady answering the phone kept putting me on hold everytime I called without any intentions to help.So disrespectful.She did not gave me her name but she was answering phones on 05/18/23 at 9:30 pm.I'm hoping a manager will be able to identify this rude employee.How hard is to find out if someone reported a phone?? Some people are just awful.

They're open at 8am!! Great place to kill time while waiting for appts. Place is still a mess though. But overall, still good selection of items.
