Everything was clean, organized, and labeled, but no exciting finds during my quick trip. A lot of great deals and the staff was really friendly. Was able to find exactly what we were looking for and even had a better deal because of the color tag sale happening when we visited.

Clean, orderly, great selection, very friendly staff.
Donated 4 big boxes of goodies and proceeded to buy 5 really nice items for $24 (all half off). Double whammy. Keep it circulating!
Half off color begins every Sunday.

Terrible reception by the person in charge. Did not even acknowledge me, nor did he help unload the bags I had to donate. I thought it would be better than Goodwill, but at least they were nice.

I arrived at 4:30 pm and was told my donations were limited to only 2 boxes or bags. The employee said it has been that way since the pandemic. They refused to take any thing else and I had some brand new never used stuff. I think this donation limit should be indicated on their website and when you call as I did both before making the drive there.

Always drop off my donations here and then do a little shopping. Workers are always kind and helpful. So happy the dressing rooms are open again!

I have donated several times at this location throughout the years and the staff is always friendly, helpful and courteous. I have never gone into the store because I'm always in a hurry but if the staff is as nice inside the store as the staff outside I'm sure it would be a wonderful shopping experience. We appreciate you professionalism.

Great little store with tons of selection. I like how they have a weekly color tag to give a 50% discount. Most dishes - buy one at regular price. Buy 5+ at $0.99 each. Friendly staff.

Definitely recommend this Salvation Army thrift store! I brought my mom to donate some of her things for the first time. Gilbert very helpful and kind enough to explain how donating works. He spoke Spanish as well which made my mom feel more comfortable and made her experience donating even better :) Will be coming back here for sure !

First time donating personally and this location went above and beyond what I expected. I usually dont leave reviews but the staff on hand was extremely kind and took care of my items that I was bringing in to donate. I asked for a tax reciept being my first time donating and they walked me through what needed to be filled out and what to do with it on my side. They helped me carry my items over to the proper donation cart and were very clear on explaining why they didnt take some of my items, which is understandable. I decided to take a look inside their store out of curiosity and the inside was very well organized and tons of neat items. The managers on site were busy yet I got greeted with a warm welcome and felt taken care of. Anytime I donate in the future Im for sure choosing this location. Bonus points on finding a cool vintage Star Wars tee and some nice condition Adidas!

General customer service at this Salvation Army shop is a hit/miss. Sometimes it's good and other times bad. Merchandise tends to be put out dirty/dusty, I imagine they receive it this way. So I assume they don't bother to clean the products they get donated. But my main problem is with the donation process. This location literally picks and choses what you have to donate. They don't simply take your items. The reps goes through what you have and takes what they want and leaves you with the rest. I regularly donate to establishments like this, and I was complete surprised by this. No other donation place does that. And after they take what you donate, they do not give you a tax receipt or say "thank you". I've donated three times here. And I did this just to test them. And all instances ended with the same results. During my last donation attempt I asked for a Tax receipt and the rep told me they don't have any to give. I'm not coming back. Also the parking lot here is very small, tight, limited and potentially dangerous.

they stuff the clothing racks with way too much merchandise which makes it difficult to browse the individual items.

Went here to strictly donate based on reviews. Experience was meh. Older male employee came and ask me what did I have. I was like what do you mean what do I have? I swear he was gonna ask me to take the items out of the two small boxes so he could see. I told him they were household items and he was still looking at me funny. Was then told they can't remove from my vehicle due to liability issues, so I set them on the ground. Even though my boxes were small they're kinda heavy. I dropped a box last week containing a crockpot I was donating to Goodwill and broke it. Bottom line first time, last time donating here.
