The front receptionist was really nice and welcoming but the teller I had was kind but I didn’t receive all my money , it wasn’t a good experience for me I will be going to my original location in ladera heights , never been swindled in a bank

I don’t ever leave reviews but I had to after my experience here! I went to this location to seek assistance to set up my direct deposit. After getting that set up, Elizabeth also let me know that I was pre-approved for a list of things! One being something that I really needed. I ended up going through that process as well and Elizabeth had a great attitude and made me feel welcome. I will be coming to this branch for any future needs. Thank you, Elizabeth!

This review is about Mr.wallffan I never walked into an institution named bank or credit union and felt so unbelievably welcomed from the receptionist to all the associates they make you feel like you just walked into your house they're so kind and considerate funny just the overall warm feeling Mr Walton was a rare individual he shared his story with us so heartfelt looking forward to creating a long time relationship with school first I'm so happy that they accepted me into their home

Can’t believe it Terrible customer service, I came in today for auto loan and front desk lady wrote my name and account info on a piece of notepad I waited to be called and after 45 mins I checked in with front desk and they didn’t have my info on their system what a waste of time

Shout out to WALE (Wallin I'm sorry I forgot how to spell your name) this guy made me feel like my world wasn't ending thank you. This Credit Union rocks. I feel so safe when I come in and ask for help. The employees are friendly and smiling. Every bank should be able to provide economic relief and options and this is the only bank that does this! Thank you sooooo much words cannot express my gratitude. Bless you guys.

The Teller Brian was so polite and helpful during my transaction. On the way out, Jay (who helped me on a prior visit) was so cheerful and nice. They are always so friendly here - great customer service again!
