SEAACA Animal Shelter is an indoor facility with air conditioning. The staff are described as very friendly, great, and nice, willing to answer questions. The process to see the animals is noted as super easy, allowing people to walk in and look, with dogs separated by gender. The dogs are mostly in good spirits, though the shelter is often overrun. A significant concern is that people cannot meet the dogs outside of their kennels due to being understaffed, which some find unhelpful for ensuring a good fit. Kennel cough is common in the indoor facility and not always quarantined. The shelter does not neuter or spay dogs with small snouts due to lacking equipment. Adoption fees are a little on the higher end, ranging roughly from seventy-five to one hundred fifty dollars, with specials sometimes available. While the shelter performs euthanasia when necessary, some front staff can occasionally show a disrespectful attitude. Despite these challenges, many feel the dogs deserve better and choose to adopt from this shelter.
Employees are exceptionally kind, cortegeous, and prompt

After putting in so much effort to help find a rescue to pull the dog, I pledged and just wanted to know who rescued him so I could pay them. SEAACA didn’t want to tell me, like it was some kind of secret. All I wanted was to fulfill my pledge. :(
