Spent about 30 minutes waiting for an employee in full shell uniform to finish detailing his car even though the signs say vacuum only. He looked right at me several times and even made several trips inside to buy air freshners. Never washing my car or pumping gas here again.

FALSE ADVERTISING! This shell has 4.99 Unleaded 1 posted on its digital board but in reality it is $5.169 (with fuel rewards). I feel like they’re doing this to bring in/attract customers but still man this ain’t right.

Stopped by to put air in tires on my way to work. Staff was super nice, they actually went outside and put the air in my tires! Thank you Shell. Hope other gas stations step up their cuts svc.

These people are thieves. During the hurricane yesterday, I tried to get gas. I swiped my card at the pump and when I pressed the pump to dispense the gas nothing came out. I went to the counter and was ignored for several minutes while the girl had a conversation on speaker phone in Spanish, smacking her chewing gum loudly. She finally looked up at me and I said, pump 5 is not working. She said our system is down because of the storm. I said can I pay cash? She said no transactions due to the system being down. So I never received any gas but got charged 200 dollars on my account! Wtf? I had to go to a station in Anaheim and pay cash but even if they take the 200 charge off my car how long will it take ? How shady to use a storm as an excuse to steal from people. Credit card holds str to protect the store from theft. I never was able to get any gas. Why was I charged?.

Google shows you the cash price but heads up - the credit price is TWENTY CENTS more than that! Not worth it!Plenty of pumps though.

Stopped by early morning before 5 am. Asked the teller (Jesse) to use my phone number for my fuel rewards. Paid cash and pumped gas just to find out he didnt use my fuel rewards. Missed out on 25 cents off per gallon. When i tried to complain he just said i didnt have any poonts. I went to a pump near by, entered my number and still had 25 cents off. I showed him and he didnt care and was very rude. Very bad servuce

I have gone to this place many times...no issues...today the car wash was not doing its job correctly. The young man blamed me a 62 year old female...yelled at me and treated me worst than a dog. Very cruel and unkind...totally bullied by a 19 year old...suds all over my car no rinse, and your blaming me? I left crying and with a dirty car. Please do not go there! I went inside crying they didn't care either-bullied against n by a bunch of men...don't think they like women very much. Who knows...I'm in the customer service industry, and this behavior was unacceptable! Could have been handled with kindness. This how it should of been handled, young man sees what happened does not blame me or his faulty machine...he says, " well looks like something went wrong why don't you drive around again and I will help you."

Pumps dont have automatic stop so gas will spill if tank is full. They steal your gas

Got robbed while putting gas on 2/9/21 around 215am -230am. Thug waited and came from apartment building. Claimed to be a blood. Literally nobody was around for those 5 minutes. Clerk probably sleeping.
