“I had been trying to find a Visa gift card and was having no luck. I decided to stop at Staples near my work, and they had the exact one I needed. The cashier was very friendly and helpful which added to a good experience in the store.”

“The update: I was able to get my door delivery after incorrect delivery information. People on the phone cannot guarantee when your items will be delivered as they do not load the truck. If you live on a residential street, ask for your items to be put on a "box truck" because you are on a narrow street. Make sure your phone number and address are, associated with the delivery. By "curbside" it means they can bring it next to your garage door, but they may not be able to "tip" the merchandise (I had 2 friends with me on delivery day in order to get 3 items into my house) . The package was left on a wooden pallet for protection. Also, should you have to call the delivery company for any reason, do it early in the morning. Don't be deterred by negative reviews. Remember: correct address & phone information, box car if narrow street, have a couple friends, be pleasant and you should end up with a good delivery.”

One aspect that truly stands out to me is the personalized attention I receive every time I walk into the store. The staff members always greet me by name and make me feel valued as a customer. Additionally, they go above and beyond to take care of my mail and address all of my shipping needs promptly and efficiently.
