“Running errands, stopped to drop off a pkg for an ebay sale, they don't have a self serve where you can scan and email a receipt to yourself. I was lucky there was one person that was. In front of me shipping out something.”

“I never write reviews, like ever. I get really bad anxiety going to USPS anywhere because their employees tend to be rude. I can say the young man that helped me out today was very nice and welcoming. I’d definitely come back to the Downey location.”

“I always go to this USPS! They’re close to my house and always super nice and helpful. There’s usually one or two workers behind the desk at a time and even though it’s a small location, they do what they can to move things along. I’ve been to other locations that aren’t as accommodating or pleasant as this one, so I always come back.”
