GOOD AND BAD SERVICE:
Today my wife and I have bought 4 pairs of shoes. Ever, the sale clerk provided an excellent customer service but the lady that works with her is very unhelpful. He assisted us finding the right size of shoes and facilitated how we could avail of discounts which resulted us buying additional pair of shoes. However, the lady working with Ever was interrupting our check-out process by discouraging us to buy additional pair when Ever explained to us additional discounts. While we were shopping she was not helpful now that we were in the process of checking-out she interrupted impolitely. She should not be employed there,!. She does not know how to deal with customers to get them to buy more shoes.

After a terrible customer experience in Cerritos, I needed shoes and decided to visit the Skechers store in Downey. Let me just sayâthe difference was night and day! The two young women working there provided outstanding customer service at the highest level. They assisted every customer with care, helped me find the right shoe size, and answered all my questions with impressive product knowledge.
Despite being a smaller store, the respect and attention they gave each customer made all the difference. This is exactly how customer service should be! Iâve found my new go-to Skechers storeâgoodbye, Cerritos!

Wet small selection compared to other locations so I wouldnât recommend this location if you are looking for childrenâs shoes as they have such a small variety. It looks nice but wasnât what we needed. No one greeted us and there was only one other person in the store

We went in today around 5:00 pm. Store was completely empty. No â Hi welcome to Skechersâ nothing, employees look miserable, very hostile!! When assoc: 079543 checked us out failed to say thank you!! As if we were getting them for free!! I called to speak with manager refused to give out her name!! Hispanic lady mid 50s light hair!! Will be calling corporate Monday morning!! Please donât come!!

Nice employees. Just disappointed the Black Friday sale was "buy one, get one half price". I only need one pair of shoes and the prices were standard everyday prices.
