They always close the wrong store and for whatever reason I always get someone not willing to help . This is the second time I walk into this store and get no help all because I forgot to review them the last time I was there. This is the same reason I went to att right after this visit .

This review is for a visit I had recently and about a year and a half ago. Let's start with the year and a half ago visit first. Decided to upgrade all three of my phones from two iPhone12 and one iPhone 11 to the iPhone 13. Had to send in all three so I can get the discount for the new phones. Decided to do all the switches over the phone, which we had an issue with one of the phones because on my account it had stated I had a red iPhone 12 mini 128gb but we had a blue iPhone 12 mini 64gb. So after we received the new iPhone 13 we had to send it back in order for the discount to take effect since this iPhone 13 was linked to the red iPhone 12. The representative that helped me out stated that I could go into a T-Mobile store and turn them in, which was a lie. The store representative gave me a box to send in one of the phones but had to send the other three in different boxes/envelopes. The two iPhone 12's and iPhone 11 that were sent separately from the box that the store representative gave me made the complete trip, but the iPhone 13 that was in the box somehow never made the trip but the box made it. T-Mobile was charging me for an extra iPhone 13 since it was never returned. Went back and forth with T-Mobile trying to get the iPhone 13 taken off my account but they wouldn't budge. After months of talking with T-Mobile representatives, they finally gave my account credits for the iPhone 13 but wouldn't give me the discount for turning in the iPhone 12 mini but was just glad to have the iPhone 13 off my account so decided to leave it alone. It was such a hassle and will never send a phone to T-Mobile with a box from which they provide. The shipping company was also UPS so a heads up to people sending things through UPS, make sure they don't know exactly what you're sending. Now for the most recent visit, will say it was a great visit. Was adding a family member onto my account so they upgraded their old iPhone for a new iPhone. Was quick and simple plus we don't have to send in the phone, we just had to turn it in at the store. So again if T-Mobile or any company provides you with a box or envelope to send in your phones or devices to their warehouse, just don't do it because that's pretty much telling everyone what you're sending. So beware and hopefully others won't have to go through any issues I had to go through.

After speaking to customer care and having them tell me to go to a physical location. I am glad I came here. Bernice and her staff went above and beyond trying to help me resolve my phone issue. Even though they were not able to do what I needed themselves and still needed to call customer care. They tried everything in their power to help me with unlocking my phone. They are super helpful and super sweet.

Horrible service. I only interacted with two workers, including the female manager. They were completely unprofessional and very ignorant. I've been a customer for over 20 years, but after this interaction, I'm definitely switching services. Not only was the manager not the sharpest tool in the shed, but her attempt at being condescending was laughable. Do not recommend this store or this company.

Be aware of this location, Samuel offered us a plan we couldn’t say no too, but we had to get a third person. I had to convinced my sister which has Anxiety she also had to change her number in order to get this deal, all for nothing. The boss inside switch the deal. He proved me right the day I went and ask why was the plan not what they had said. At first Samuel lied then he apologized and said he made a mistake and gave us $10 credit only for the first month bill. I realized him or his boss did not wanna deal with the problem. The boss came out of the room, gave us his card (with no name) said“ guys call me if anything” ran out of his own store and left. Leaving us their non Happy customers. Sprint habits need to stop. They trick you, to get you!

No type of customer service. Store closes at 7 I get there at 645 and the doors are locked and the gate is halfway closed. I wasn't looking to make any purchases or keep them there late, I just needed a question answered. They saw me through the windows and proceeded to ignore me then tried to hide in the back. I knocked again and one person came to tell me they were closed. I asked why when it wasn't 7 and that I only needed help with a question. They told me to come back tomorrow and kept repeating "we're closed" now I can understand the system being closed down and them not wanting to open anything because of time constraints, but for them to not even bother answering a question when technically they were still open shows a complete lack of respect for customers in need. Really disappointed in their work ethic.

Unprofessional staff and manager! You would think everything would get resolved with the manager,...not at this store. I don't know what kind of customer service they follow. I will never come back to this store until major changes take place and attitudes are not directed at the customers. No wonder people are leaving T-Mobile. I'll be in line looking for a mobile company that values, cares and respects their paying (until now) loyal customer.
