No attendant on site. Spent over 20 minutes trying to buy $7 detergent from a machine that won’t take $4 in change and kept two $1 bills.
I had to resort to buying soap from another laundry patron just to start my wash.
Two stars because the attendant eventually showed up with my $2 but I had already started my wash, so I let him keep the $2 tip just for eventually showing up to work.

This guy who works night made my experience there the best! Offered me water, a bag for my coins, and was so helpful with taking my clothes to my car.GIVE HIM A RAISE! The area is always clean

Went to this laundromat for the first time. It was very clean and Joe was awesome. He is super friendly and helpful. He makes people feel very welcome and safe. I will definitely go back.

I love this laundromat Leonor does a very good job keeping this place clean and organized. have been too many laundromats here in Downey none of them are as clean and well kept as super washer and dry. Highly recommend this laundromat, thank you Leonor for keeping everything looking good. keep up the good work!!

Been to their both locations in the area, dropped by again. Still appreciated their onsite staff, keeping the premises clean and organized. But the end result was not as pleased, for the $3.50 machines, the clothes came out not thoroughly washed, still smelled, I only kept the load less than full. Looks like some machines time to retire, not enough water, or a combination of both. Also see if the dryers needed to upgrade too, most interior of the machines are shown signs of high mileage, the ventilation holes become jagged, one may concern delicate fabric get caught or damaged.

What's wrong with the worker with the pitbull dog, intimidated by the clientele, apart from the fact that he had a stench, please, the owner of the laundry wash, put order or he will lose customers.

Washers are decent, however very cramped place and the dryers don’t work.
