Unbelievable the service we received here at this t-mobile location, my boyfriend came in to buy the iPhone 15 pro max and was treated with terrible customer service. The guy who helped us threatened to call the cops on us because we asked him to apply a screen protector after he had purchased the phone. We left without the phone being activated and his demeanor ruined our whole night. We had to call support 3 times to get the issue resolved, and the worst part is when we went back the next day to the store to return the phone, the manager named Bernice wouldn’t help us and backed up her employees behavior. I, myself, even had issues with this location when I tried getting my phone. The team members at the OTHER location that helped us were amazing, they greeted us and made us feel welcomed at their store. We almost decided to leave t-mobile due to this employees poor behavior, luckily the other store helped us out with out situation. Never again will we be going back to Bernice’s store. What a shame, things had to be this way.

Terrible service, we came in to get an issue resolved and the manager Bernice was not compliant & only wanted to protect the side of her employee. We've been customers for 9 years and this is how you treat one of your customers Bernice needs training

Only T-Mobile in Downey now its not like we have alot of options. But I went there and was in and out I bought my wife the newest iPhone in the color she wanted. Watch out for the up sells and make sure to ask them for any available upgrade because they won't offer you any. But it was a good experience.

i've gotten a phone here before 2 years ago so i decided to come back to get the new iphone 15 pro. cindy (think her name was) was helping me out. paid for the phone whatever, she asked this other worker jose to give her the phone i wanted. everything was chill and fine until it was time to switch the info from the old phone to the new phone until i saw the phone and it was a iphone 15 pro max. i was like "omg really?" in my head because everything was already almost into the new phone. mistakes happen whatever. until this cocky man with terrible hair name jose (this man gave the wrong phone to cindy) instead of apologizing for wasting my time and for giving the wrong phone he makes a joke "it's only 8-10 dollars more a month, i mean if you can afford it." insinuating to just take the phone and go. lol who says that after making a mistake that just wasted ALL of our time. i can afford the phone but didn't asked or wanted the iphone 15 pro max. when they were deleting and resetting my info away from the new phone i told cindy "whatever i'll take the phone" cindy tells jose "she's okay with the phone is it too late to put her info back in the new phone (or something like that) this man starts sighing really loud. just do what your f**king told because it's your job, such a stupid guy. so nevermind about the new phone i just wanted my old phone back to be the way it was and my money back. then i had to wait pass closing (i was there til 9) for cindy to get my old phone to work and make phone calls and she took a really long time. she even had to call for support to help. she was apologetic but i was still annoyed that i wasted 2 hours for nothing because i left without a new phone. Other than that. that jose guy is very arrogant, annoying, and doesn't apologize for his own mistake and he talks bad about his own customers. god forbids you don't buy something he wants you to or else he'll call you a "f**king idiot" behind your back to his coworkers and infront of other customers. definitely not coming back here.

This is the T mobile I've been to since the one on Firestone closed. I've been there for a multitude of reasons: I have to say Jose is awesome . When my phone was literally hours from being completely inoperable he helped me choose a new iPhone: he wasn't pushy he heard what I wanted and delivered. Also I must say as a parent with a toddler and forced to go to a phone store he was so patient and really tried to make it go as fast as possible. Every time I've come into pay a bill the associates try to make it go as quick as possible. Thanks Jose for all you do and being a great T mobile employee it doesn't go unnoticed. It does get busy my only recommendation if you plan to purchase a phone or do a switch maybe call ahead and see how busy they are. Definitely recommend.

Came in to get Internet Service and Mario did a great job at not only setting it up in the store but he also walked me through the apps and even got me a 50 dollar credit. He was patient polite and walked me through all the steps. This Internet is great. I am leaving Spectrum with all its added fees and 80 dollar monthly charge with frequent outages. I came home plugged it in and connected in minutes. Mario waived the activation fee so I walked out paying nothing and will apply my 50 credit to first bill, so I won't have a bill for 3 months. The internet is great and faster than Spectrum. This is the greatest Internet deal I've ever seen. Ask for Mario here, he will take care of you and have you setup completely by the time you leave.

Slow customer service, got here first, then a family loooking for phones came in after me, technically I came in first to just do a wifi return, but I guess they prioritize others. I came in with a dog, everyone saw I took him back out to my car to keep the noise level calm, so my dog was in the car barking and waiting longer then I thought he’d be.

I visited this place today to changed my iPhone, under warranty and I met person. I think She is new there she was respectful, and after many attempts, she gave me the wrong iPhone. Finally, for the third time, she found the iPhone and opened the box, and the iPhone needed an update. After more than an hour, the new iPhone was not ready for the update. I asked if it could I cancel this request now and go to my work and come back later. One of the employees she said it is not possible to leave and the request cannot be canceled and I must wait. I went out of the place and made a call to T-Mobile. One of the employees came behind me and spoke to me in a loud voice and threatened me that if I did not take the iPhone now within three minutes, e would be cancel the order, and he was extremely rude and disrespectful.. I asked who are you? He said the manager, how can the manager deal with customers with such insolence.his name is Jose
