Love this place! The owner and her team really put their heart into this place making sure they keep up with all the latest trends, they have also added makeup seminars and of course the Dainty Line is fire and you can now book hair and makeup through them. This place is kept fun through their social media- ig live sales, fun discounts games, and they are always having some kind of sale or raffle! Definitely a timeless one stop shop!

Ordered a couple things for my wife and would order again no problem! Amazing customer service and when I ordered online I received very fast and of course the wife was happy! Definitely recommend. Best deals period

I've tried to give this store a chance a few times, as it is local and I prefer not to wait for shipping from other places, but not again. The employees I've encountered have not been nice or welcoming in the slightest. I rather drive a few more minutes to Stonewood Mall to patronize another small business with better service.

I love this local & woman-owned business! Every single time I've gone in person to the store (more than 10 times), whether the owner Jocelyn is there or not, the employees are always so nice & kind. They're all so helpful and if you want they're great at suggesting items that are new or good for your complexion. There's no reason to go anywhere else for all of your make-up needs, they have a huge selection and it's 2021, we support one another now...congrats on an amazing store and even better customer service in our community.

I agace been wanting tongo to this store for a while, I always see the stores stories and Licea about the product. I appreciate that so I have confidence in purchasing product. I arrived an hour early at the store so I decided to wait in the car. Once the store opened i was greeted by the owner and she explained to me the rules and how we aren't allowed to use their product testers. The store associate was very nice and she tested every product on herself to show me the value and I appreciated it. The store was really busy so Since I was not in a rush I decided to wait for her to be available. Because I spent $75 I was able to get the Murillo twins x beauty creations items for free which I thought was awesome. Every item I purchased is being used and I love the products since I did see the product review on their Instagram live. Some items are more expensive than others but since this is a small business they can't afford to sell their products for less like bigger stores. I will be be coming back again. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but my experience was amazing.

OVERPRICED! If you're going for the name brands go to Ulta way cheaper and if you're going for the drugstore or Santee Alley stuff just go to Amazon or Sensi alleys you're going to get it cheaper there! I drove all the way down and didn't buy anything I felt like everything was at least 3 to 4 dollars more than Ulta which is just really annoying I might as well just stayed home and went to the ulta that's five minutes away.

Eyelash prices aren't on display, beware was told $3 for some thin basic lashes and was charged $30 for 2 pairs. Ps. no returns due to covid

I never thought Vanity box would let me down until today. I have been a loyal customer with them for years and would like to believe they valued my business. They took 2 business days to reply back to me to fix an order from a live. Which to me is no big deal but when it took me about the same time to reply back and asked them to not cancel my order due to me working at a hospital attending to covid patients on instagram they still went ahead to cancel my order. I explained on the phone how I am so busy and to sympathize and to reverse the cancelation but there is nothing they can do to honor that for me. I understand they are a business and any other time I would have understood but I would think the support I showed through this trialing time with them they would show the same towards me.

I decided to buy something from this store today as I waited for my nail appointment next door. But Jocelyn decided to go complain to the nail salon because I parked in front of her store. First of all, there's no sign that the parking spot is only for vanity customers. Second of all, I PURCHASED something from you today. Look me up! It's so inconsiderate of someone to fight over a parking spot when the parking lot is half empty. So disappointed of a "store owner's" actions. I would suggest buying a permit so you won't have other customers park in front of your store.
