I'm truly disappointed of this establishment.( TOMMY HILFIGER). I have been a customer for years. I went back today to purchase other items. While shopping I came a crossed a sweater that I purchased a few days back, this time they had the right size for me. I heard on the overhead speaker when you're a preferred customer you can make returns. I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor to see if I can bring the over sized garment purchased a few days back. Supervisor said I could to bring item with receipt and will make the exchange. Unfortunately could find receipt Lulu cashier assistant couldn't make the exchange. ( the store manager didn't make an appearance to help me out.) I left oversized garment behind don't have use for it. Hoping they will make the proper adjustment to make a customer happy.P.S. they kept item that was already paid, and couldn't accommodate a customer.

Have you met that Michael Mendoza guy?? He helped me find the best deals on the shirts I sought for. He additionally personally checked me out once I had everything ready. Overall, great customer accommodation even though there is a "kid manager." I recommended going and checking out the place!

They are understaffed high school kids working here. Everything is final sale which is totally fine if your fitting rooms are open. They were not!!!! I asked to try on my clothes, and they said the employee that works the fitting room isn't on their shift yet and they can't have 1 person running the floor and the other person at the fitting rooms. Like what? You pretty much have no choice but to either put everything down and walk out the store, or buy everything and risk not having things fit you. How ridiculous. When I asked to speak to the manager, it was a kid such a joke of a place. At least allow returns if your fitting rooms are closed.

I love this place their sales are fantastic...!!! Although they walk around as if I'm going to steal something but I don't mind I guess being 66 years old and handicap doesn't limit a desire to catch a case ?

Excellent customer service! This was my first visit and will definitely be returning! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! Even the security girl greeted us as we entered and left! The store was clean and very organized! EXCELLENT EXCELLENT!!

They don’t do refunds here , will send you to citadel or Orange . The way I was told was basically didn’t u see it on the door
