Its been 5 years since my last review. The branch is exactly the same. The same two people working there. The same 30 minute line. US bank managers read these and then do absolutely nothing about it. Shame

I was first drawn to this bank because of its nice landscaping and easy access. Last time I visited the line was ver long, the plants ( both inside and out) are not tended to and the trash near atm was overflowing. Very disappointing

Don't come here! Someone used this branch location to take out money from my Calworks! Did a fake card and everything. I can see why with all the bad reviews. Filed a police report hope they got it on camera.
