“I enjoy banking with this convenient location. The tellers are always attentive, personal and eager to help. Recently, I had a special financial transaction I wanted to do in which I had to make an appointment with a specialist. She made a comment and said "I recall reading an email where I can actually do this for you..." This was added information she gave me that was going to save me so much time and effort to complete the transaction. She asked if I had a few minutes for her to confirm it. She found the correspondence, researched it in a special book she pulled out, confirmed it and got approval with the manager to do the transaction. I couldn't believe how happy she made me! So glad I said goodbye to the big bank Nextdoor!!”

“This is the best bank I have ever used. Our parish and school banked with B of A for many years, but with the impersonal treatment we got there we gladly switched to Farmers and Merchants Bank. I am very happy with their service with my personal account and the availability of the staff for any banking needs. “What an amazing and wonderful experience. Maricruz and Duke were simply amazing. Maricruz with her lovely laugh on the phone made this experience fun. Duke, who was the complete rock star was absolutely astounding. He found the car I wanted so fast and was quick to respond via text or was lightning fast on a phone call to answer my questions I that had during the entire process. He made things so much easier with the love of dogs he has and the love of our Lakers. Duke, it was an incredible time meeting you in person. “I initially joined this bank to start a savings account at a credit union. At the time I was also interested in a Roth and getting a vehicle loan and opening an account for my nephew. I didn't know much about credit unions but always heard it was a good idea to learn more about what they offer in comparison to traditional banks. I came across Monica A. Perez at an outreach event and to this day she's my number one contact. Although others have helped me along the way, Monica is very supportive, understanding, she's extremely knowledgeable, transparent on all information, and truly gives all details needed to make my own choices. I've never felt pressured, rather been encouraged to ask questions, to seek information beyond their branch, and really understand the choices I'm making. I wish more people were trained with her skills to service the public. She's definitely a great contribution to the team at DFCU and hope they truly value her dedication and commitment. I would like if they had more ATMs, other than that DFCU has comes through for me specially when taking out a vehicle loan, starting a separate savings, and setting up an account for my nephew and most importantly learning a long the way. Also appreciate the community events they have for children.”

“At the beginning of my loan application i had a very bad experience with Ana Fuentes which took my application and never called me back even after 3 attempts to contact her !! I had given financial partners 1 star only because 0 was not an option !! But then Alex Saldaña made it right and he met all my needs and helped me with what i was originally there to do !! Thanks Alex … and Ana please try to be a bit more curtious with customers and at least return the calls !!”

“This is review is strictly for the chase branch on Apollo way in Downey. I've been dealing with chase customer service for 2 days getting the run around and I came into this branch and Maximo actually listened to the issue (which was weird and very rare) and got to the bottom of it and acted. Then Corina stepped in and finished helping. She got customer service and fraud department on the phone and firmly told them to get it fixed. Keep in mind every bank in this area is requiring appointments 10 days out and I did get turned away at another branch. I wish all experiences with banks were like the experience with Maximo and Corina. 10/10 customer service and I'll be doing my banking at this small branch from now on.”
