I wasn't able to use the wallet on my phone at the ATM after getting a replacement card . I went to the branch on 3 different occasions I told the teller about my problem 3 of them said I have to wait for my card even though I showed them my new card was on my wallet app that the original banker set up for me. I finally had the pleasure of having Brenda be my teller I told her my problem she actually came to the ATM with me and showed me where to put my phone on the machine. Yeah it worked I was putting it in the wrong spot... LOL .
I really appreciate Brenda helping me I wish the other tellers would have tried to help it would have definitely resolved my issue.”
“This is the best bank I have ever used. Our parish and school banked with B of A for many years, but with the impersonal treatment we got there we gladly switched to Farmers and Merchants Bank.
