I have never been to a UBreakIFix before, my concern was poor battery health on my iPhone. The staff was great, gave me a good explanation of the situation and all the “what ifs” that could take place as well as making me aware of the worst case scenario. I handed my phone over at 11:30am, they quoted me two hours for battery replacement. I arrived at 1:40pm and the phone was completed and in the same condition I handed it to them. The reason I can’t give them a 5th star is simply because yes, they did the battery replacement but the phone was returned to me with 4%, I understand the battery’s come on low state of charge it just would have been nice to know that they quality checked their work prior to my arrival(as in, get the phone to at least 50%). That attention to detail would have easily gotten them a 5 star but aside from that hiccup they seemed to do a good job.

You guys are great. I had an issue with my PS4. You guys took it in, gave it back in less than 15 minutes and it was fixed. Easy Peezy in and out. Had no idea this place is this good at what they do.

I would give 5 stars, because they have good manners and are respectful. But nothing went right with my experience. 1st the part took over a months to arrive after they told me a week, then once they fixed my camera, my display stopped working as soon as I picked it up, which seemed suspicious.
