For me, this is the best bank in the United States, the relationship of its workers with clients, its offers and efficiency make them unique. If I had known it for many years it would have been like today my BANK, keep working like this, thank you.

If you need to enter the bank it takes forever. Tellers are very nice but there are only one or two ever working the line. Brutal. It's like a going out of business atmosphere here.

Their ATM is f****** trash. Went here today 11/06/2020 at 12:32pm and was looking to make a simple $75 cash deposit. Their ATM ate my card and my damn money. I go in to seek assistance as it told me to do so on the screen of the ATM....they literally did nothing for me but give me back my card and provide me with a costumer service number to file a dispute ON MY OWN. I am livid, as for this ATM regularly gives issues and now their costumers have to pay the price for THEIR inefficiency. I now have to wait 10 days just for my $75 credit. My rent is due and being taken out within a few days, I truly believe I'll get an overdraft fee or worse a BOUNCED CHECK because of this B******** Unbelievable and terrible costumer support, so much so that after this dispute is over and done with, I AM CANCELLING MY US BANK ACCOUNT. So so so upset about this, you are messing with peoples money and lives because your branch wants to be cheap as hell and not properly fix or replace the continually dysfunctional ATM. AVOID THIS US BANK LOCATION AT ALL COSTS, for your own sake!!!!!!!

This is THE WORST SLOWEST MOST INCOMPITANT BANK I'VE EVER BEEN TOO! Waited forever to have my teller not know why my account is overdraft? What's the point of a bank if you can't retrieve check information? i waited 30 minutes just to be told i don't know wait for the mail maybe it'll tell you why your check was returned there? Or ask your boss. Really? Thanks. So incredibly helpful. Hire people who know what they're doing please. Stop wasting time and have more than 2 freaking tellers. This bank sucks. That one star..That's a negative star...

I had a couple issues with my card and I spoke to many bankers within this past week and customer service reps over the phone. Their system takes forever to update, I've had U.S. Bank for a while. The people are rude and don't take their job seriously. I'm not pointing directly at this U.S. Bank location, just talking about U.S. Bank in general. I found a better bank, CHASE.

Just walked into this location since there was a bomb threat at the other location which I had an appointment at. There's one customer waiting to be helped on the platform but no banker acknowledges me to tell me my wait time. I walk up to banker/assistant manager Robert Luna who is oblivious and is apparently too busy to say hello or acknowledge me. He tells me he is too busy making calls and can't help. Very bad service... make your calls off stage or after closing. SMH. Nelly was amazing.

Most of the employees here are RUDE. I visited this bank on 7/19/19, around 11am & wasn't greeted when I entered. They made me feel as if I didn't belong there! However, the OTHER 3 customers who arrived after me received warm welcomes. My Teller, Nelly & the other lady at the window were the ONLY ones who were PROFESSIONAL. I guess you have to "look" a certain way in order to receive good customer service from the others.

This is the slowest moving bank in Downey, CA. The tellers have no sense or value of the customers time. If I did not have to bank here with my job account I would avoid this time sucking establishment like the plague.

Have never had an issue ~ great customer service anytime I am in the branch, use of the ATM or need to call in for assistance. I use this Branch and the Branch on Florence for anything that I need.
