I was first drawn to this bank because of its nice landscaping and easy access. Last time I visited the line was ver long, the plants ( both inside and out) are not tended to and the trash near atm was overflowing. Very disappointing

Although the services at this US Bank branch are provided in a kind manner, one should know that you will most likely take a long time as there is a minimal staff presence. More worryingly, the staff here don't seem to be helpful with any problems that aren't simple and straightforward. I found myself being referred to the website or to call US Bank even though I took the time to come to the branch to get my issue resolved. Overall, I can't say this is the best banking experience in the area.

Dang. I'm not one to complain. The workers, very sweet. Not fast, but sweet. Which is cool right. But 1 teller with 8 people in line is baddd. And there's workers behind her laughing and joking. Every few min the line is growing. The least that could be done is acknowledge the people waiting. Maybe "I'll be right with you, someone else will be opening up shortly." Something along those lines. If they have a customer that is very time consuming, you need to open another teller window. If there was a chance of opening an account, it has been blown because this happens everytime.

Wish I can give 0 stars. Worst wait times out of all banks I've ever used. 2 tellers and they don't know what they are doing. This is the only bank I've been to where the branch manager stays on her butt and doesn't help out a single soul. Horrible management. Can't wait to get a new bank.

I wait Sooooo long in line for a teller! Sometimes there is 1 teller open and about 12 people waiting. This is every time I am at the bank!

I wish I can give this location ZERO stars. Although I don't like playing the race card but if the shoe fits it MUST be worn. I went to this location to make a withdrawal from my account. I can honestly say I looked pretty worn because I just finished a work out so I wasn't my best but that shouldn't matter. I gave the teller my information and my identification card for this withdrawal. The teller opened up my account and her eyes kinda got big because I take she couldn't believe a BLACK person can have this much money in her account. Next thing I know she starts asking me questions about where the money came from and is my address valid and etc. I felt like it was a interrogation and I started getting upset so I decided to just end the transaction because she claimed the funds have to be verified. I'm confused they were electronically deposited and it was already verified so at that point I knew she had a problem and I just wanted to leave and not cuss the lady out and make a scene. I call the 24 hr bank line to get information about this deposit and why I was questioned so hard at this location. I wanted to make sure the deposit was legit and that it wasn't any issues. While on the phone the phone teller informs me that my account has been placed on a hold for fraudulent activity. Now I am pissed and was told I should speak to someone name Cindy. I requested to speak but was told by the teller after checking with Cindy that she told her to inform me "she is too busy to take your call". What the hell your too business to discuss my account. Come to find out Cindy is the branch manager at this location and she put in a fraud alert and hold on my account and is the only person who can lift it. I have NEVER in my life dealt with this type of discrimination from a bank I have been a member of since 2007. I am completely upset that she made me out to be some kind of criminal that needs to be investigated all because I didn't want to answer questions about my personal business pertaining to a deposit in my account. I felt completely violated and I am ANGRY. I have reached out to my family attorney and I will be contacting corporate on this branch manager and the teller because I definitely feel if I wasn't black with that amount of money I would have never been interrogated like that. I am a business women, a American Express Card holder, over 750 credit score, and a investor in stocks. I save my money and take pride into making sure I am able to take care of myself and family without any government assistance (because I'm sure that what they think). I don't appreciate the treatment I received and I won't stop coming for this branch location until some accountability is taken.I will DEFINITELY be in that branch bright and early Monday morning to speak to the branch manager who was too busy to take my call. I will let her know EVERYTHING that was on my mind that day and let her and that teller know they are racist and discriminate against ppl who they feel don't have a certain look. We all heard the saying don't judge a book by the cover. Shame on you US BANK DOWNEY.

horrible experience!!! wouldnt open my account for a made up reason told me why dont i go to inglewood because thats the address on my card verdy discriminative horrible!!! found any reason to not help me laidy was her name please save yourself the time by going here!

So far with this branch I had a bad experienced. I came in around 4:48pm. I had 2 basic questions. If they provided a temporary card when I open account and if I were to loose my card later on. If they provided temporary ones as well. I stood there until like 5:54 PM waiting for someone to help me out. No one came or asked me. Then a teller literally asked "can I help you?" No s**** You've been watching me standing there lost like if I'm looking for someone. So then she told me to go wait if I want to open a bank account. So, I go wait again and everyone doesn't seem to acknowledge me. Then one of the workers instead of literally walking to me. She says "how can I help you? Okay where is the proper courtesy??? Prior to that I called 3 times and no one answered the phone. Then I tell her at 5:57 PM that I want to open a bank account. (she) The Worker literally said no, we close in 2 minutes exactly. Like what the f**** I can see why this place has 1 star reviews. I drove for over an hour to get told no. F*** outta here. I don't even want a response from the bank. It's stupid and shouldn't have happened to begin with. 1. Lack of customer service 2. Lack courtesy 3. No answering phone 4. No one helping. That's 4 stars taken out of 5 leaving this review a 1 star review. Horrible experience. For the record I personally prefer to help a customer out even if it means staying a bit late instead of getting a bad review.

No wonder I try not to step into a bank branch anymore. Unavoidable, had to stop by US BANK, walked in, 14 clients in line with 3 tellers. After five minutes in line, one of the tellers closes up and leaves two tellers alone. The wait was 28 min in line to get to a teller. Ridiculous in my opinion. Then, I request a X withdrawal only to be told that they are running out of cash and the max they will Do is X which was 50% of what I requested. Mind you, were not talking a lot of money here. Long story short, line was WAY TOO LONG for 3 tellers which became two very quickly. NO CASH at a large branch. On the flip side, the tellers were very nice and helpful. After all, it's not their fault. POOR MANAGEMENT.

30 min in line to make a deposit. Only two tellers trying to help everyone while bankers and management just sit there and stare at you. I switched to chase and I love it!

They really need to hire more people ! Two tellers who aren't very fast and socialize with the customers for way too long! The line is always long and I come here everyday to do deposits for work. It always takes about 15-20 minutes! They really need to improve their efficiency.

They are not helpful at all. Management just sits there not engaging with customers or helping their own staff. They are not knowledgeable, and unable to answer most questions. I do not trust this bank, and have pulled out all my accounts from them. Invest your money anywhere, but here.

I should have read the Yelp reviews before coming here, I assumed since I wanted to open up a line of credit people would be eager to help. There is no where to sign in, so I made line for the bank teller and the lady told me to just sit. So I just sat. Apparently I sat in the wrong area and other people were helped before me which I should have known that I was sitting in the wrong area but that's WHY I ASKED THE TELLER. Ugh. I dont even want to open credit here anymore.

There are only two tellers at all times. It takes half an hour to get some quarters. They need to hire more tellers or shut down, they waste my time every time I go and already has me switching to Wells Fargo. The other one on Downey avenue is hardly any better.
