I have gone to this store a few times and purchased wig cap and 3 wigs and glue. I went recently to purchase a wig band and the girl there was so rude and not interested in helping the customer at all. We were looking for extensions and was so put off by her attitude that we just left.

This is a place I have gone to in the past for wigs. They have a nice supply of them on hand and in the past I have bought at least three wigs and was a satisfied customer. Just recently I went in after not going there for quite awhile, maybe two years. I was interested in a beautiful wig when they informed me THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING CUSTOMERS TO TRY ON WIGS AT THIS TIME.I understand the policies regarding Covid were strict especially in the beginning, but as of lately when I have shopped OTHER wig stores in the past two months, those establishments WERE ALLOWING wig try ons.It is imperative for wig shoppers to try on wigs before purchase not only to see how it looks but mainly for FIT. WIG CAPS vary in each wig and it’s VERY IMPORTANT for the wig wearer to make absolute sure wig cap fits properly.I was extremely disappointed this store was not allowing try ons when other stores are. THIS store does NOT offer refunds or store credit.There is no way a wig wearer should risk buying a wig without trying on. If you buy a wig without trying, YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT!It’s TIME FOR THIS STORE TO ALLOW BACK TRY ONS IF THEY WANT TO SELL WIGS

I came here needed some face masks and the woman behind the counter sold me some. Good price, I noticed that they have a lot of supplies at good prices. They even have wigs. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for beauty supplies. Nice employees.

I took by daughter n law here and I think that she will definitely be returning. It's the only beauty supply store in Downey with great products for black people hair.
