They have a huge parking in the back but only accommodate for a few cars that block & circle around... this city has big brain planners... so they hwy becomes a city street as people loop but I only came here once.. so to those that use it hahaha sorry but unless your city plans accordingly hahahahhaha

I had mail stolen out of this store. First, I had mixed explanations in the front desk. One clerk said one thing and another front desk clerk said something different. I wanted to insure my mail because it had some small value (gift cards), however the clerk that help me said she could not insure the letter only send the letter certified. Second, the management seemed to be helpful in the beginning, stating that she'd try to figure out what happened but to no avail. in the end she even gave me the run around and was not understanding. Finally, my mail was never returned as certified, I never got a return receipt. I filled different complaint with the post office. I hope someone can benefit from this post. I used to have a lot of trust with the post office.

Downey post office at Imperial is just great very helpful and friendly great people like Claudia, Chris ,Dan Cribsen, Ana and the big boss Jeanie ,and Sheril ,great staff feeling hanging out with friends always enjoy seeing them all

Service is not great at all. Rude, unhelpful service. the front mail box is sealed with tape and a lock. no drive thru drop off here, and when you drop them off in the mailbox inside they do not scan them until like 2 days later, meaning if you have deadlines on shipping they will not scan them this shows laziness in this facility.This is a big WARNING to online sellers. there is no structure. I had asked for help regarding their Priority Mail and I was told to look at the signs for information. I rather have a self serve service machine here, I personally think the machine would do a better job than the actual person that sits around and does basically nothing. getting paid to not attend customers must be nice

Claudia and Dan are amazing. Helped me through everything! Very professional! Besides the rude customers they experienced they conducted themselves in such a high manner!

I came in 10 minutes before closing time since and I wasn't allowed to send a package. All employees have such an attitude. NEVER coming here again rather go to the location on Lakewood & Florence, at least over there the employees are nice

Me and my wife had our 1st son!! I go to the nearest postal bye me had all my paid of leave family paperwork fill out bought stamps for it gave it to them? Been month’s never received anything from the employment pay family leave!! Nothing going to file 1st class law suit on them!!
