Initially I was wary about purchasing such an expensive item from across the country (I live in NJ), but Alex was amazing. We spoke on the phone and he answered all my questions. He was not put off by my initial mistrust. Because I was still in Mexico, I had trouble with the payment since everything I tried was rejected as fraudulent. Alex was patient and worked with me to complete the deal. On returning home I received the watch in pristine condition as promised with all the documentation. It was very securely packaged and Alex even included a tin of candy! Though it’s not my original watch ☹️ it looks the same on my wrist, so I don’t feel so bad. Just a terrific experience!”
