Food is good, device is fast, and they have one of the best rewards programs if you use the app. They take EBT here too for the one's who use it.

Clearly the drive thru attendant lied to me saying they don't offer small combo only med or large . When I'd alway ordered it at different locations. When I pulled up to the window to my surprised they do have small combo cups so why lie maybe it's an up sale tactic. They even pour a drink for someone else that's behind me in line in a small cup. I asked for my receipt and she decline to give me one. Be careful they're scamming at this location!!!!

Ordered a breakfast meal through the app and went to the drive thru only to hear that my order was an inside take out order, which it wasnt, then i proceeded to check the recipt to which it confirmed it was a drive thru order only for the employee to tell me again that i was wrong, to which i replied can she just give me the order through the drive through to which she replied just drive up to the window sir. I drive up to the window she gives me the order and nods her head and scoffs at me as if i was still in the wrong. Not to mention i had potatoes missing from my order as well as extra add ons i had for my breakfast sandwiches. As im severely disabled and barely able to walk i didint go inside to ask her what her problem and attitude was and just left.

I dont understand why at this Wendy's the lady denied me a chicken sandwhich from the lunch menu and not just that she was super rude and told me that was not her problem that FireStone Blvd did serve them that early, as I was looking at the menu she asked me in an angry tone if I was going to order anything else, at this point I just decided to leave. First time coming to thid Wendy's, and last time.

Im disappointed to inform all of yelp that the discrepancy in pricing (The board should 7.49 but they charge me 13.00) during my visit to Wendy's not only caused financial inconvenience but also significantly impacted my day with my daughter and family. We were looking forward to enjoying a meal together, hoping for a pleasant and stress-free experience. However, the unexpected overpricing and the subsequent lack of resolution left us feeling disappointed and frustrated.As a customer, I place great importance on the value of quality time spent with loved ones. The incident at Wendy's had a direct negative impact on our plans, causing unnecessary stress and disappointment. It is disheartening to see that despite acknowledging the issue, there was no immediate effort made to rectify the situation, leaving us feeling unheard and disregarded.I strongly believe that customer satisfaction should be a top priority for any establishment. It is essential to strive for consistency, accuracy, and fairness in all business transactions. False advertising and overcharging not only undermine customer trust but also tarnish the reputation of the brand.I kindly request that Wendy's takes immediate action to rectify this situation and provide a satisfactory resolution. Your attention to this matter will not only restore my faith in your company but also ensure that future customers can enjoy a positive and transparent dining experience.
