I went to this location at the stonewood mall the other day 4/26 for the free pretzel and had ordered 2 drinks for my husband and I. I got the new orange dream drink and was not a fan. When I went to ask if I can exchange it and get back the difference because, the girl Perla had the biggest attitude! I had some confusion about the prices because it wasn’t clear to me which is on me, so I had asked a couple of times just to double check. Her attitude was ridiculous and told me I can’t get a refund because I complained about it when all I was asking for was a difference in price if possible. I didn’t even walked away and out loud she goes “DANG” all annoyed to her coworker. It was obviously because of me and then she goes and tells her manager about it too. That’s so unprofessional and I honestly would’ve told something to her face but I’m not going to make a scene especially if there’s people around just trying to get they’re food too. Couldn’t tell her manager about it either or complain felt uncomfortable because of how friendly they were I knew she probably wouldn’t have cared or done something. Never coming back to this location.

The young girl in the cash register Friday morning opening is really rude my total was $7.14 and my daughter handed her 8 dollars had asked her she had 14 cents so I paid the 14 cents with my debit card and she kept my daughtes dollar and when I asked her about it she said that she can't open the register that she only got $7 from us but she can't open the register cuz the manager's not here in today which doesn't make sense cuz she just opened the register to put the $8 in there and she was really really rude about it we had $7.12 and she couldn't let the two cents go but she wants to steal my 15 year old daughters dollar and then replace in a really rude manner when I asked her about it and said she couldn't open the register which is I think is ridiculous because she had just opened the register two seconds ago and both of the girls working this morning Friday March 8th go to the back and then come out from the back laughing like if it's funny. These girls are too young to be running a store by themselves really rude girls.

I love Wetzels pretzels and I came from a distance just for a cheese pretzel just so the guy can tell me they don't have any cause they're made by order and it'll tale from 20 to 30 minutes. Crazy.

I went to the Wetzel's pretzel at Stonewood Mall on 8/19/222 and was dealing with Maria (she refused to give me her last name) and was not wearing a name tag. We ordered pretzels totaling in $53.78 and Maria stated that the transaction didn't go through and she refused to give us our order, give us a refund and or show us the receipt that proved that the transaction was declined. She was very unprofessional and embarrassed us in front of other customers. She showed no effective management skills and offered no solution to the situation, instead she argued with us for 40 minutes. We had to walk away without our order and without a refund. I emailed customer service and they ask me to email proof that the money was withdrawn from my account. They forwarded the to email to the owner. He asked me to call him and he was rude and Condescending with me not letting me finish a sentence. He proceeded to tell me that he wouldn't be able to refund me the full amount as Apple Pay has charges. Apple Pay does not charge the customer and it is not my problem if it charges the business owner. Needless to say, they have lost a customer. I will be contacting corporate again as I want a full refund.

I always have to stop and get a pretzel for my hubby and the FROZEN lemonade for me. So yummy! Customer service is really good. Very nice cashiers. Prices went up a bit, but still worth it.
