The shop is small compared to most AutoZone. I think it is not the same group. The merchandise are packed. Not a good shopping experience here.

I had to go in to AutoZone to get a few things to make sure my car was ready for rain. The manager was so helpful, I didn't know what I needed or even where to start. He came out and took a Quick Look at my car and then and got me setup. He showed me how to change my wiper blades. I didn't feel pressured to buy more than I needed, but he did encourage higher quality wiper blades and I am glad he did after the amount of rain we had!

If you're dealing with battery issues, this AutoZone is the way to go. Chatting with their staff was worth the trip alone. They were super friendly and knew their stuff which is a plus because I don't. They ran a quick battery test to pinpoint my issue. It turns out I needed a new battery and they really guided me through my options without it costing me an arm and a leg! I really felt like they gave trustworthy advice because they could relate to the unfortunate situation I found myself in! I would go back but hopefully not too soon..

This company should hire more professionals that like this jobI was helped by an individual totally ignoring me it was more important the conversation he was having with the other 2 coworkers so I stopped asking questions and simply walked away without saying anything

Terrible customer service! I went in the other day for a battery and the employee donovan, (without a name tag, the only way I know his name is his rude answering of the phone in front of me) told me right off the bat my battery would cost 189.99, when i asked about other options he just said "they won't work"! never showed me the screen, never explained power requirements, never showed me what batteries he had available in different tiers or warranty, and overall seemed annoyed, dismissive, and didn't care to help or explain. I went to another AutoZone and the associate kindly showed me what options I had and even offered installation, though I unfortunately didn't have the car with me at the time. Will NOT be returning to this AutoZone again, they don't care!
