This place is close to where I live and work. They have almost everything my cat needs. When they have specials, they're pretty good. A little pricey otherwise. I find the staff very knowledgeable about my cat's needs.

Great selection and great customer service. We have bought out cats leash & harness here, food, cat scratcher, and goat milk!! So happy they have it we love giving them goat milk during summer it’s hydrating with vitamins and minerals. Definitely will come back and they have a doggie self wash for a good price!! We will definitely take our dogs here.

Favorite place to go for dry dog food. I wish they had a stamp card for the food bags though- like boba drinks but for dog food.

Super friendly and helpful staff at the Duarte location. We came here to utilize the doggy bath for our pup and I'm so glad we did! They have these different packages that include everything you need: Earth Bath branded shampoo, conditioner, wet and dry combs, deodorant spray, ear wash drops, cotton balls and towels and more. The bath itself is well equipped with warm and cold water a little protector door to ensure your pup doesn't hop out. There's a few dryer stations that have blow dryers and pressure dryers as well. I loved how helpful and cost effective it was to give our dog a bath here. There's a huge selection of other pet food and supplies. The store was well equipped and the staff were very knowledge and helpful.

We are lucky to have Centinela Feed and Pet Supplies in our local neighborhood of Duarte.The staff are amazing and the selection is of the highest quality.There's always a wonderful sale going on or a squishy creature walking around the store with an owner buying goodies.You'll find lenty of parking and the store is beautifully lit.I make it a point to stop in and buy food here whenever possible instead of ordering it online because I love having a local shop I can meander around in search of unique finds for my animals.Thank you for all you do Centinela Feed.Photo: Licorice Boy #straycat #foreverhome #spoiledboy #rescueanimal

Only store in town that I can find certain products for my dogs healthy. They care very good fish oil and missing link. Both are very helpful for my pugs,. This is a cute little store. Has a small town feel to it and everyone is always very helpful.

Never been to this place . Gentlemen at the counter provided great customer service which isn't very common these days it takes shopping to an enjoyable level. 5 stars on customer service .

Not a Good place. My family and I made this our regular & local Pet wash for our dog, bought all our dogs food, treats and toys there when they first opened up because we like to support local businesses. One day my wife took our dog there for a wash. She had been rushing a little so on her way out, she forgot her Sunglasses on one of the tables in the back. After she had left, one of the employees found her Chanel glasses and put them in a drawer be the register. A couple of weeks later, my wife brought our dog there again for a wash and one of the employees, Walter, very nice and professional, came up to her and said, did you forget anything last time you were here? My wife says, yes, I was going to ask you if anyone found a pair of Chanel glasses. Walter says yes, they are here. Let me go and get them. My wife was so happy because it was a gift and she thought she lost it. Walter comes back and says I could Not find them in the drawer. He didn't know where they had gone. He said he would ask his Store Manager. We left and came back a few days later to ask the Manager, and she said I don't know what happened to them, we don't have them (with the guiltiest face anyone can have). So I kept my cool and said its OK, Ill call management. After reaching out to management, they were very responsive but kept on saying we don't know what to do. The employees hold things that are found for 30 days and then they throw them away. That is such a LIE. We were told they had the Chanel glasses give or take 2 weeks after my wife forgot them there and now that it is not in the drawer any more, they threw them away?? Of course, management covered up for the store manager and said we do Not know what happened to the glasses. Someone must have thrown them away. I said it had Not been 30 days yet as they said their policy was and the Manager said I don't know, we can give you some products to compensate for it. We all know the store manager had sticky fingers with the glasses. Even if the policy is to throw them away after 30 days, nobody would throw away a pair of Chanel glasses that are worth $400 or more.We will never go there again and we will never recommend that business again. I Hope the Owner of the company finds out about this and contacts the managers for my number to reach out to me before I take this another step. That is the only way I would resolve this issue and get it fixed so we would go back and Trust that store.Good Luck to everyone that goes there. It's Not fun losing something with sentimental value. It's Not fun being lied to and having something stolen.

This is my first time shopping at this branch. Walter provided one of the best customer services I have ever experienced. He is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. My questions were all answered right away, as he also provided advice and suggestions. He also asked my cat's name, and we had a very friendly conversation.I feel like I must give a positive rating for the gentleman, because nowadays it's not that easy to encounter good customer service, let alone excellent ones like Walter's.

I honestly use to love this store because it has all the brands I love. However, this is the second time my husband and I get a weird interaction when the two white older employees with short hair and glasses. Come up to us. The man, was trying to give an expired sample to us the first incident. I brushed it off. Today, however, was worse. The women, said hi to us like always. We are regular customers. I spend 2 or 3 hundred dollars. I never steal, but today I was treated like a criminal. I will never go back there. I felt harassed in the store by her. I grabbed a few things from the front and started going down Aile by aile like always. She was right behind me. I felt rush to get out of the Aile so we did thinking she was working. It wasn't til I looked back behind me that she stopped and left our area. It was terrible. I will be ordering online thru Open Farm, King Lou's or go out of my way to Walnut and buy stuff there. Thank you Centinela employees for the most horrific incident of my life. I thought racial profiling was a thing of the past let alone being accused of stealing.
