I recently had work done here after getting sideswiped from back to front on my driver side. They took my car in the same day, and estimated it would be about 3 weeks before I would get my car back. After about a week I was able to pick up my car, and I am very happy with the look and performance. Jack and his team were very thorough and professional. Thank you guys for making things easy and getting me back on the road.

Cannot say enough good things about my experience with Caliber. Cynthia was very warm and welcoming upon my arrival, and very efficient in handling my process. Israel, my service advisor, was very professional as he explained the process thoroughly, putting me at ease and making me excited about the outcome for my car. They both nicely and often contacted me to keep me updated on the progress of the work being done. In the end, my car was ready 2 days prior to their anticipated estimate date which was a welcomed surprise! My car looked beautiful! It was clean inside and out with some detailing work too. And Israel took the time to point out all the work performed, making sure i was happy with the job. The entire interaction exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!

The repair shop is great. They kept me informed as to what was going on with the repairs on my vehicle. Tell me when it would be completed and they were pretty much right on time with it and it was a pleasure working with them. I would recommend them to anybody. They are a great company to work with.
