I spoke on the phone with Sheryl, the pharmacist placing a prescription and she gave me so much attitude and was very rude. She asked me “do you even know how to request a prescription” who says that to someone? VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. As a pharmacist you should be nice and try to HELP someone not belittle someone.

I've used this CVS for about 10 years and within the last year the service has declined precipitously. I've been having difficulty sorting out the right dosage and brand of a new medication, so I've had several prescriptions of the "same" drug in varying dosages by different manufacturers over a period of several months. Trying to find the right dosage and liaise between doctor and pharmacy has been frustrating on my end, so I imagine it's been difficult for them too. However, while communication with my doctor's office has been stellar, interaction with the staff at the CVS has not (my doctor's office has also reported that they are difficult to work with and don't seem to know proper protocol). Today I called in to CVS because I noticed in my online account that the old, incorrect drug had been filled while the new, correct drug had been ordered but required I "contact the pharmacy to fill". I asked the staff person who answered the phone why I hadn't been notified that the new drug required me to call in, when my doctor should have made them aware that the old drug was a mistake. The staff person I spoke to immediately bristled and blamed me for the misunderstanding regarding which prescription was correct. I attempted to explain that the main pharmacist there is aware of my situation after having spoken with her about it multiple times, but he interrupted and then talked over me, insisting that it's not the pharmacist's responsibility to be familiar with each patient's profile. I informed him that he could cancel the incorrect drug and would take my prescription to another pharmacy. He replied, "good". Please do better, CVS.

The people working at this location have been very nice to me. I have been a couple of times. Very pleasant and seem to want to help people.

Everyone is great, especially Peter! They work diligently to make sure your medications are ready when they are suppose to, and if you need a refill, they call the doctor! There's honor that we must pay these essential workers!

Lady in the front was rude. Initially I asked if I can purchase it there because I was using my insurance. She interrupted me and said NOPE. Ok fine. I've done it there before but policies can change. I was gonna ask her how to use the HSA with some medicine and she just interrupted several times. All she was saying was "NOPE" Everytime I was trying to ask about using HSA. Then finally said "NOPE can't do it, that's target we're CVS." I usually don't have issues here. Usually the opposite. I may update this with their name. Haven't decided yet.
