Started playing MTG bout 2 months ago and usually get my cards at fns but its nice to have this spot where its open late and theres tables to play at. Its pretty cool and the staff is super friendly.

Instead of cutting hours and losing a lot of money, maybe try networking and advertising. There are plenty of cheap and free ways to advertise. Everything is getting more expensive. That shouldn't be an excuse to use. Maybe instead of responding to random reviews, you could take the criticism in stride and actually find ways to be productive. Just admit you guys don't want to wake up early, damn.

I recently visited Darkside games shop that left me with an overwhelmingly negative experience, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. The Darkside games shop, located in target store plaza, seemed promising from the outside, but the reality inside was far from expectations.
From the moment I stepped in, an unwelcoming atmosphere engulfed the store. The staff appeared disinterested and unwilling to assist customers. When I inquired about the available inventory, I was met with vague responses and a dismissive attitude. It was clear that they had no intention of sharing information about their stock with the public. I was mainly interested in the Lorcana trading game for my son, and I asked numerous times if they had it in stock, but they said it was unavailable. Two days later, I saw their instagram stating they sold out of their recent inventory.
This lack of transparency was not only frustrating but also left me wondering about the quality and variety of the cards they had to offer. A good card shop should be proud of its collection and eager to share it with customers, fostering a sense of excitement and anticipation. Unfortunately, Darkside games Card Shop fell short on this front.
The shop seemed to prioritize a select group of customers, leaving others feeling like outsiders. There was a noticeable sense of gatekeeping, with certain information being withheld and an overall unwillingness to engage with visitors. This elitist approach creates a toxic environment that discourages new customers from exploring the world of cards and collectibles.
Moreover, the stench within the shop was unbearable. It was a peculiar combination of mustiness and neglect, suggesting a lack of cleanliness and proper maintenance. A well-maintained store is essential for creating a positive shopping experience, but Darkside games card shop failed miserably in this regard.
In conclusion, my visit to the Darkside games shop was nothing short of disappointing. The lack of transparency, unfriendly staff, and unpleasant ambiance left me with a negative impression. I would caution any potential customers to think twice before entering this establishment, as there are undoubtedly better options available for those seeking a positive and enjoyable card-shopping experience.

This is an awesome little treasure for those who, like Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokémon and magic the staff is always really nice and accommodating and keeping you up-to-date on what’s coming next they host lots of different card games and have a really nice community that welcomes you they even meet afterwards to go have dinner together and continue playing cards 10 out of 10 totally recommend checking out this location. The parking is convenient and it’s located next to a target so there’s plenty of parking and a nice little parking lot so if you’re there late for a game you don’t have to worry the great thing about this location is that they have cards for everybody and they’re knowledgeable about Past cards and cards coming up the people that go to this location are also very nice and accommodating. They welcome you in and are happy to teach you. It’s hard to find community or people understand each other and have fun together without drinking or doing drugs 10 out of 10 totally recommend this location.

Awesome LGS. Great place to buy singles / sealed product for MTG. You can also hang out and game in store at no charge. They just require you wear a mask for some reason. Other than that it's awesome.

Awesome store, had older MTG singles I needed available that other stores didn't. Owners are super friendly and helpful. There is a good Commander/EDH community here which is awesome. They carry Ultra Pro Satin Towers which half of the MTG stores I've been to do not even sell. Though it is out of the way for me I will definitely find time to return.

Big store, lots of play area, good selection for MTG and Warhammer, other board games. The employees are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming. Love it.

I love the employees and this place is wonderful for singles and occasionally packs, great selection as well, however the players here tend to be kind of gate keepy. Nothing against the store though!
