The room looked nice and the staff was really nice, but the bed was so horribly uncomfortable and hard and the pillows were really hard and flat. There was also mystery substance on the tile on the wall in front of the toilet and black marks in the bathtub.

The staff at this hotel was extremely accommodating to me. My hubby was hospitalized at City of Hope and they accommodated the twist and turns of my ever-changing plans. I so appreciate them working with me during my stay
