Customer service is abysmal. Takes weeks to respond by email due to the phone number always going to voicemail due to “assisting” other customers. I’d just avoid them all together. Unfortunate due to hopes of having my car up and running soon. I’d look elsewhere for services.

If I could give them zero stars I would. How does a business run without having a phone number to call?!?! They tell you they don't listen to their messages right away and encourage you to email them. That would be somewhat acceptable if they actually replied to the emails. I understand they carry stuff that other places don't but they won't get any of my money unless they are the last place to turn to. I have a nice chunk of money to spend on my cars too.

I order a crank trigger wheel and after a week they said my order was canceled, so I asked why?,and they said I was in the "no sell list" and told me that I had to go somewhere else to get my parts! This was the first and las time I order here!

Purchased parts from this place for my e28. Was given a incorrect brake caliper bracket as part of their rebuilt kit. 0 response from customer service, I'm stuck without working front brakes after spending almost 1k on parts. I wouldn't buy a ham sandwich from these guys , they're money enthusiasts not car enthusiasts . 0/5

You guys must lose a lot of money not answering customer enquiries. After a week ive given up and spent a few thousand elsewhere. Shame, thought this company was the real deal.
