After paying $160 to repair my chair I have only one position to sit. Almost straight up with my head being pushed forward. I will never buy ot recommend Lazy Boy products again. I would try calling customer service again but just don't have the desire to sit on hold for 2-1/2 hours and pay another $160 to have the issue fixed. This company should be more concerned about their product reviews but it is obvious they don't care. People, be aware and avoid Lazy Boy. Beautiful showrooms, great sales staff and worst products and customer service ever.

This problem has now been going on for more 5 months. To try to fix.( Update lower to 1 star) So they had somebody come out to fix. And they're missing parts and corporate asked for more $$$$ but they didn't ship the parts properly. Buyer beware. Their after market is a rip off. They want to charge me almost forty percent of the total price I paid. To fix the couch that broke within eighteen months. From delivery The problem is I have two of them exactly the same made in the same time delivered on the same day.Buyer beware. Corporate does not help any one except themselves in their prophet margin. The couches break. Under normal wearing tear.

When shopping for seating, La-Z-Boy has always been our go-to. The Duarte location has been wonderful. Their sales staff is available but not hovering, which is always appreciated. They were a great help when we were selecting appropriate fabric for our couch, helping us find those fabrics conducive to a household with cats. Definitely would recommend, plus, the furniture is amazing.

This is against lazy boy co. My problem starts with the couch breaking. Five months ago. I called in. They said the schedule a Technician to come out and take a look at it. Then they call back and say I need to spend $300+++ I said yes, They ship all the products. After the products arrive I made an appointment for the technician to come back. The technician gets here. Products missing. He discovered the second couch is the same exact break as the first one. .... Now they want Another five hundred to fix the second couch. Highway robbery. I will not be supporting lazy boy ever again. They must have high good commissions.

Alex was our salesperson and he was very knowledgeable about products and services. Susan was our interior designer. She was most professional in helping us select furniture to complete the redesign of our living room.. A very positive experience from beginning to end. Highly recommend!

This is our second purchase from this location, we got a nice leather reclining sofa and armchair set. Very happy with the quality and service. Alex was helpful and totally chill, we didn’t feel pressured at all. Would definitely consider La-Z-Boy for future furniture purchases.

My review is for our purchase experience. The chairs will be reviewed after they arrive, although suffice it to say, we regard previous La-Z-Boy products we've owned as being well-made. But as to the in-store experience, I am pleased to recommend customer advisor Alex Erstad in the Duarte store. It goes this way... we arrived on a Wednesday morning. The store was quiet and upon entry, Alex presented himself and asked if he may help us out. We're shopping for two matching power recliners incentivized by the 4th of July sale. He brought us to the appropriate area of the showroom and after some necessary questioning as to what we were seeking, he professionally pointed out various chairs, options, and pricing. He was low-key, spoke clearly, and knew his product line well. I can't think of three more important aspects of the retail arena than those. In other words, he advised versus pitched. He communicated clearly versus hesitantly mumbling or seeking any outside guidance, and he knew his product. He knew what leathers and options were available for each model. He was informed, pleasant and seemed very willing to give us his time. We settled on two matching models and promptly completed the transaction. As a bonus... during friendly chit-chat, he shared that his previous sales experience included a number of years in the precision knife and cutlery arena. He had a referral to a trusted knife sharpener that we're going to visit for a thorough sharpening of our kitchen knives. So yes, Alex is the right guy at La-Z-Boy if you wish to enjoy and be educated in the shopping experience. He earned this review fair and square.

I made an appointment with Flavio to view one specific fabric swatch. He set it aside so that when I arrive I saw it right away and loved it. I already knew which sofa I wanted, so he expertly explained the warranty information and efficiently rang up my purchase. He was a pleasure to work with.

We had a great experience with Greg. He helped us over a two day period. We ordered one sofa and realized it wouldn’t fit. We went back the next day and he helped us replace it with something even better that would fit all our needs. Thanks Greg!

Great service in store with Greg who answered all our questions. Delivery was on time and the men who set up our recliner were very helpful with instructions on the remote and the assembly. Pedro and Alex were respectful and friendly.

We had a great time at La-Z-Boy!!! My wife and I came in to look at recliners for our nursery. Greg was so helpful and patient with us! He answered all of our questions and even made us laugh more than once!! We would definitely recommend anyone come here if they are looking for some amazing furniture!!

Have purchased all my La-z-boy furniture at this particular Duarte CA store. Celia has sold me each piece, helped me with obtaining discounts, service and credit with zero interest. She's very helpful and knows her stuff. She's a great salesperson and knows the La-z-boy brand inside and out.Of course I absolutely LOVE each of my pieces, I purchased them at different times throughout the years. My rocking chair recliner was purchased over 13 years ago and works and looks like brand new, has endured the test of time. My beautiful, all around leather, Duo sofa was purchased almost five years ago and with my extended care plan, I've had at least one issue resolved with a tech coming to my home and repairing a minor issue immediately and the second issue I'm having at this time has to do with damage from my end and am currently working on getting a technician to my home for repairs, I'M HOPING. So we'll see how that goes - I'll update this post with how it went, once I've received a response from La-z-boy Overall, this is a lovely store, the showroom floor is beautifully arranged, large bright lighting, they're not following you around as you shop making it uncomfortable and the salesperson I dealt with throughout the years is very helpful and a pleasure to work with.
