Ran over a nail and lost a tire immediately. Had my car towed here to buy a new tire. Mike (I'm guessing manager) was very polite and honest. It was a Sunday, and a lot of cars were there. He didn't make up any scrappy story and just told me the situation.

I had a sudden flat tire in my Hybrid Honda CRV, so no spare tire. Two other tire shops in the area told me it would be at least four hours before they'd have a chance to even look at my car. Joe at Mountain View provided excellent service. I had a very tight schedule and even though they were busy, Joe squeezed me in and I was out of there in about an hour. High quality service at a very reasonable price.

Came in with a nail in my tire was put in the queue and the guys took care of me promptly I added a synthetic oil change as well. Dropped off came back in an hour to find my vehicle done and ready to go. Not sure if everything was done as they said but.... the tire was fixed sooo seems legit. Whenever you go to places like this I suggest watching the do the work so you don't get perked. Unfortunately I have other things going on so I couldn't watch them change the oil. Happy with everything FOR NOW...LOL

Can’t emphasize enough how great this shop is. Only people who have worked on my truck since I bought it. Prices are always reasonable, they work quick, and are overall just very friendly. Never felt like they are trying to get one over on me, they just inform you of the status of your car, and let you make a zero pressure decision. 10/10 service, will continue to go here

I came on sunday and they said we don’t take cars without appointment and i booked appointment for monday. I came here on time and after 1 hr they told me they have run out of synthetic oil and it will come soon as they have ordered it. It should be few minutes. For another 20-30 wait, oil didn’t arrive and after pursuing them they called vendor again. Inspite of fully paid group on coupon, they charged 15$ in taxes and labor services. Its weird.
