Never had work done here, but the wrap on their company vehicles depicting damage that isn't real was sick.

All the staff at Seidner’s Duarte office were very professional, courteous and, well just great at their job! They kept me fully informed of the progress of my repairs and returned my car to me cleaner than when I brought it in. I definitely recommend them for your collision repair needs.

About a month ago, a large construction cone went under my car on the freeway at night, and caused a great deal of damage to my bumper. It also knocked out the external thermometer for the car.
I decided to take my car to Seidner's collision center as they have been very reliable in the past and have done some great work on other cars that I have had for the past 15 years or so.
I was able to bring my car in and work closely with Bree, who provided excellent customer service. The team was able to replace my bumper in only a couple of days, since I had called previously and given them time to order the necessary parts.
When my car was returned it had a beautiful fresh, newly painted bumper that made it look like a brand new car. I had also some scratches and dents on the car from times when I had come too close to the curb and now my bumper looked good as new. There was some damage to the interior wheel covers that occurred on an Arizona highway when my wheel kicked up a rock and the rock blew through the wheel cover. These wheel covers to my surprise had been replaced as well. My car had also been washed and the inside had been cleaned and detailed.
However, when I began driving home, I noticed that the external thermometer was still broken. I had mentioned this problem to the employee who initially assessed my car, but I did not relay this information to Bree who later assumed control of my case.
I phoned Bree, and she was very happy to let me bring my car back into the collision center to have the thermometer replaced.
Once this issue was fixed, I was driving the car to work and noticed that the emergency braking system kept deactivating. I figured out that this might have also been affected by the initial damage to the bumper. I called Bree again and asked if I could have her check it out. Bree agreed that I should bring the car in, and a team worked to re-calibrate my emergency braking system.
Once I picked up my car again I began driving around and noticed that the problem was still present. I once again called Bree, who at this time was probably getting sick of me. However, she pleasantly agreed for me to come back in one last time and see what was happening so we could resolve this issue once and for all.
It should be noted that I live a couple miles from the collision center, and even though my father picked me up and dropped me off most times, the collision center often drove me home and picked me up and was more than willing to do so each time.
Finally, due to some awesome detective work on the part of the service team, it was determined that because the grill on the new bumper was aftermarket, it had a small ridge that blocked the emergency braking sensor. Seidner's collision center ordered a new grill from the dealer free of charge to me to correct the issue, and had it installed. Actually, I don't believe that anything after my initial visit was billed to my insurance, and I only paid a small fee out of pocket.
Since the last visit, I have driven my car around with no further issues. I thank Bree and the wonderful service workers at Seidner's Collision Center for fixing up my car, and making it look brand new. I also thank them for providing excellent customer service and making me feel welcome. They effectively handled the multiple issues I had with grace and professionalism. Hopefully I won't have to visit them again any time soon, but if or when I do, I know I will be in an environment where I am cared for and respected.

On Kindness alone they deserve 5 stars. On service it was more than we expected but we are beyond thankful. We had a freeway blowout and unexpectedly dropped in. They couldn’t take care of our problem but did help us get a donut on so we could get back on the road. We are doubly blessed to be ok and encountered good people.

These guys are awesome and honest. They made my car look better than the day I bought it. Bought it used, BMW X5. Had front right side damage, you would never know by looking at it. Price was great also, paid the deductible and insurance took care of the rest. Their staff was knowledgeable and very helpful with rental provided by insurance. Keep up the Awesome Work at Seidners!
