I just had about the worst experience of my life, calling Spectrum. You can't call the store. Instead, they switch you to a central office. All I wanted to do was leave Spectrum for T-Mobile. I didn't want to keep paying, now that I have a new service with T-Mobile. The lady just argued with me. She would not listen to me. I'm paying about $50 for wifi, instead of $99.98. Then, she offered me a deal. I already had made the switch. I am not obligated to justify to anybody why. I am going into the Spectrum store tomorrow, and I'll be the lady never closed my account.

they told me they cancelled my service, but did not. continued billing me. the employee ignored a court order I presented to her indicated I had changed my name. for 3 months they've been billing me for service they won't allow me to cancel. really terrible, I'll have to go back and tell them to cancel again.joke of a company. stay away

I just found a new con from Spectrum . I just turned in my equipment, and am paid up thru 11/15. I ask to be reimbursed for my overpayment and was told that their accounts are "Pro- rated" and it's their " policy" not to reimburse over paid monies. I explained to them, this is illegal, and they just shrugged, and said oh well... I then called to complain, and got the same story, they are "prorated" and no refund. I ask to speak to a manager, and got some kid, who explained the accounts are NOT "Prorated" and it's their policy of no refunds. So bottom line they feel free to steal from you. as long as you accept it. These people are flat out thieves! I'm sorry I ever did business with them, And hope you are smarter than I I am considering going to small claims court, just to screw with them... Buyer Beware!

HORRIBLE and shady practices. After canceling my internet they continued to charge me despite cancelling and turning in all my equipment and moving out of the state. Despite me bringing this up to their staff and management they deemed all those charges were legitimate and wouldn't stop harassing me about paying I brought this up to their billing and customer services who told me I could pay it off and receive a letter of deletion but when I escalated this to their manager they said they wouldn't be able to go to collection Every time I called a different person I would get a different answer and would go no where NEVER want to do any business with spectrum again and save yourself the headache

This is the worse internet company out there. I have had my new equipment, still in the box I received it in for literally almost 4 months, not yet activated. I went in the hospital the day I received the equipment from a heart attack and I just got out of the hospital this morning. I did call Spectrum while I was in the hospital and I explained what was happening and the women I spoke with said no problem. I wouldn't be charged until the equipment was activated. Since then I have received several phone calls, text messages telling me that I owe this ridiculous bill and .y service has been disconnected until I pay the bill. Dam people are you crazy

Avoid Spectrum mobile! I've been using their "unlimited data" for more than a year. They suddenly capped my speed to 2g (can't do anything) just one week after my cycle started. My iPhone statistics shows 40gb since 8 weeks ago. They've told me I've spent 21gb in just one week so I must wait 3 more weeks to get the full speed again or pay for extra data . It's not gonna happen I'll leave that thieves

Terrible customer service. Beware if you ever try to cancel a spectrum service. They will play a song and dance about having to call back before the end of the service period to truly cancel the service. Not sure in what world you have to call back twice to cancel a service. They will try every trick in the book to avoid letting you cancel. Never using Spectrum again

Went in to get my equipment for home internet and I ended up with not only coming out with the equipment but a new galaxy phone as well, the stores sales rep Joyce was very helpful and broke everything down for me to understand. Recommend coming to this store for their professionalism and care for the customers.
