“honestly confused at the low ratings because the guy who helped me out today was extremely chill and easy to talk to. Had a great experience and got what I needed. I however only came for some rolling tobacco so i can’t speak on the glass products quality. Overall though, staff seems to be very chill and kind :) Great customer service.
