I had a wonderful experience at Blossoms Bridal & Formal. The owner, Katie was very sweet. I made a last minute appointment close to closing time and Katie was super accommodating. There is a wide selection of dresses, lots of great options at great value to fit your event needs. I ended leaving with 2 dresses because I just couldn't decide between the two! I'll definitely be back! Thank you Katie!!

This dress shop is probably great if your a size 4. Specifically called and asked them if they had a great of variety of larger (14) sizes to try on for my daughter's prom. I'm very familiar with standard practices of having to order for a lot of the dresses as I used to be in the fashion world when I was younger. I wanted to make sure since this shop requires a $20 deposit to even look at dresses which is odd. I was assured that they had "plenty" in the store. My daughter and I went to our appointment and was just told "those" sizes are in the back and if I could afford a designer they are against the other wall. We started looking thru the very few that were the right size and decided to try them on. The employee who was assigned to us didn't help at all in the beginning. Generally, stores like that will help and pull some dresses as ideas. Not until our 3rd dress we finally got someone to help after I said something about you would think a place that charges $20 to even look at dresses would have someone to help you. The sales associate did finally pull some dresses after asking a price range and I told her it didn't really matter. Coincidentally, all the "normal, smaller" girls seemed to have plenty of assistance during their experience. I will not be returning here for future gown purchases for my daughter.

RANT! Blossoms at Stoneridge is such a terrible store/business. Last prom season, I made my daughter an appointment to try on dresses and I paid the appointment fee. We get there are there are no dresses in her size for the styles she was looking for. They told us " we can order the size you want and she can come back to try it on" I ask "Will that be included in the fee I had already paid or would I have to pay another appointment fee?" They answered " a new fee would be charged" We left and ended up ordering from their online store. Five days after the order, we call to check the status of the dress. We were told that they canceled our order because our shipping address didn't match our billing address. That's lame. Made another order and got the dress one week before prom. I took it to an outside shop called Essy's ( Pleasanton) to have alterations done. I'll write a rave for them, highly recommend them. Prom happened and all was good. Fast forward to this prom season. I told my daughter I didn't want to order from blossoms again. HOWEVER she found a dress that she loved. So we ordered last week. We checked the order status today and it read " contacted" that's it. No further details. We called them and we were told that " oh, we don't have that size. We contacted you" NO ONE EVER CALLED OR EMAILED OR TEXT THIS INFORMATION TO US. This is not how business is done. Save yourself the headache.

First of all, I had a bad experience with this company last year, but decided I would give it another go this year. The only reason is because the dress I received was really pretty and well made, so quality is not an issue. The problem is, the staff there are unhelpful and sound like they'd rather be doing anything else. Again, that was last year so I'm not sure if the staff is the same this year as I decided to shop online to avoid that. Second of all, it seems they don't want to cater to the bigger girls, like me. I wear a size 14 or 16, depending on the dress/fabric. The actual makers of the dresses have bigger sizes, but when I went in person last year there were only a few bigger dresses to choose from. Now this is my biggest problem. I tried to order a dress online, aware that not every dress has bigger sizes. But I selected a dress and saw that they had size 16. The website literally said in bright green letters "size 16 in stock". I will include a photo. Yet, a week later my dad calls Blossom to check on the status of the dress and they just now decide to tell us that they don't have that size in stock. I once again went online to check the website, and sure enough, it said "size 16 in stock". We had placed our order about a week ago and Blossom failed to contact us. Not even once did they try to reach out to us to inform us that the dress is supposedly "not in stock". Blossom is very bad at communicating with their customers. My prom is a month away, and I thought I had found the most perfect dress, only to be crushed. Do better, Blossom. To all the bigger girls reading this, don't waste your money on this company. Especially because the dress makers sell their products on other websites as well.

I had a bad experience at Blossom Prom (it's the same store) last year while I was shopping with my daughter for her junior prom dress. But this time was even worse. Shopping this time for my daughter's senior prom dress. We had an appointment at 6:15pm. We arrived early and they told us to come back closer to 6:15pm because they didn't have any rooms available. Okay, no big deal! We went back, checked in and started looking for dresses. My daughter started to try on a dress and before she could even finish putting on the dress, one of the employees started to go through the dresses she had hanging outside the dressing room. We thought it was odd and I asked her what she was doing. The lady says oh I'm just arranging the dresses. My daughter came out to show me the dress, went back in and was going to try on another dress. The same lady comes back and says are you guys done can I take back the dresses. I looked at her and said this she the first dress she tried on. She looks at the time and says oh it almost time to close. The store closes at 8pm it was nearly 6:45pm and our appointment was for an hour. My daughter continues to try, to try on dresses. Not even 5 minutes later. The same lady comes back and says please don't force the dresses on. I said we're not don't worry. Then she continues hovering around the dressing room and "fixing the dresses". Keep in mind they're other girls trying to get on dresses and not once did any employee approach them the way this lady was approaching us. My daughter started to feel very uncomfortable. I got upset and asked the lady why she was only focusing on us. I told her we had a bad experience last year and all my daughter wanted to do was try on the dresses and the only thing she was doing was frustrating me. I was so upset that we didn't even finish the sitting. My daughter got dressed and we left. They can keep their $20 appointment fee. We will never go there again.

I highly recommend this store , it has very good customer service by Katie always handling me with excellent service and care, she knows exactly what I want and need on having the perfect dress ... 5 stars to this business

TLDR: The store sized me 2 sizes too small, and provided poor quality alterations. I had to buy a completely new dress two months before my wedding. In November 2022, Stephanie was the associate who sized me for my wedding dress purchase. While I usually wear a size 4, Stephanie had recommended I order a size 0-2 according to my measurements so I took her advice and ordered a size 2. Fast forward to June 2023 when I came in to try on my dress, it was two sizes too small. I could barely get the dress over my hips let alone walk or sit in the dress. After later reviewing the sizing guide - I realized Stephanie had recommended I buy a size 2 based on my smallest bust measurement but my hips were measured to be a size 6. I was devastated, I returned to the store two days later asking for the manager Katie to be present so we could work out this issue, as I was contemplating taking the dress to another tailor for alterations. After speaking with Katie, she denied that they had measured me incorrectly. Instead, she insinuated that I had gained weight and it was my fault I could not fit the dress. When I returned to the store, the dress had been altered without my consent, by a tailor who never took my measurements, and all of the seams on the front of the dress were altered after I was told they would be left untouched. Even with the alterations I could not sit in the dress without hearing the dress rip. Following this, I asked for a refund. Katie declined and offered to order another dress through Blossoms. I could not trust my money with Blossoms so I took my business elsewhere. Luckily, I was able to find the same dress in a size 6 through a different trusted tailor who provided high-quality alterations that fit perfectly. I went over my wedding budget by the exact cost of the extra wedding dress I was forced to purchase and lost 10 lbs from stress related to the situation. I would highly recommend AGAINST anyone doing business with this store. Their employees are unhelpful, they size patrons incorrectly, and their manager is rude, unprofessional, and only motivated by making money.

My mom said YES to her dress!! I am a returning customer for a reason! I found my prom dress with Katie after searching store to store for weeks back in 2019! she was so much help and knew exactly what I'd like based of telling her what i was looking for. The alterations done on my dress were also perfect. And the quality of her dresses is awesome as well my prom dress still looks brand new and has no damage done. Now my mom is getting married and after searching in Mexico and multiple cities for a wedding dress we booked with Katie and and she found my mom the perfect dress !!! Katies was very attentive and helpful, Overall best service/ experience will definitely be back.

Loved my experience at Blossoms with STEPHANIE! She had such an energetic personality and she really works with you to find what you like. If you're more experienced she'll even let you explore the store entirely. Their selections are top tier and they have many designer couture dresses! I was in heaven looking at all of their selections! The prices are going to be a little more but you can definitely find one that fits your budget here too!

We found the perfect dress for my daughter's sweet 16! Katie was awesome, she was very patient and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. My daughter looked absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend Blossoms for bridal and formal dresses!!!

Ordered online. Terrible customer service. They will NOT respond to texts (they ask you to contact them by text), phone calls send you to voice jail, and they cancelled my order with no notification to me. Maybe in-store their service is better, but online it's the worst I've ever experienced.

I made an appointment online and I didn't receive any text or email confirmation 2 days after. So I used the chat function on the website of the store to contact them but no response from them. I also texted the number listed on the website (it says to text this number for any questions), no response either. I gave up and booked an appointment at a different bridal shop. Surprisingly less than 24 hours prior to the appointment that I originally booked, Katie texted me asking if I was still interested in coming to the store on the following day. I said no, I've already had an appointment at a different store as there was no confirmation from Blossoms. Katie said there was an error on the system. I asked if I was charged for $35. Katie said I've been charged and it was non refundable. I told her I didn't receive any confirmation from the store, therefore I shouldn't be charged. A few hours later she texted me with a screenshot of a confirmation and said it was sent to my email on the day I made an appointment. Well, around that time, I made appointments with 2 other bridal stores and I received all their emails and texts. My email should not be a problem, plus she said there was an error on their system, but she refused to give me $35 back. I didn't want to make a big scene about such a small amount of money but I very disliked the fact that Katie was very unprofessional. I hadn't known she was a business manager until I read comments on yelp. Other comments also mentioned negative things about her. Future brides, looking for a wedding gown is already stressful, you don't need to add more stress on you by coming to this store. I do not recommend this business to any future brides.

I had a horrible experience at Blossoms Bridal. Luckily it was the 3rd bridal shop I visited, otherwise, the experience would have set a terrible tone for my wedding dress shopping experience. I came in on a Sunday morning. The store has a great vibe and the folks were pleasant. That's where the pleasantries ended. Red flag #1: I was not permitted to walk around the store to browse the inventory and select dresses that caught my eye. That's absolutely insane to me. Red flag #2: I was under the impressions that I paid $35 for a consultant to assist me. However, she told my MOH to "feel free to go in and assist me since she'd be the one helping me day of wedding." What exactly did I pay for then? Red flag #3: After trying on 3 dresses in 34 mins, the consultant tells me that there is nothing else in the store based on the parameters I described. She then "offered" to carry over my deposit to another appointment in 3 weeks after I "looked online and figured out what I wanted." Insane.

I had wonderful experience thanks to the superb customer service by Stephany. She was so excited to help me to choose my dress, and after I chose mine she literally jumped in excitement for me. The store requires $35 fee for the reservation, but it goes toward my final payment(which mean I paid nothing for trying on numerous dresses). Honestly I wish my dress was more expensive to reciprocate for her exceptional service.We had such a lovely time with her.I strongly recommend here for anyone getting married in bay area.

My daughter said yes to the dress at Blossom Bridal! We were so impressed with Katie and her personal service as well as her abundant inventory of dresses for all occasions. Our visit was for a quinceanera dress and it was a success.
